annette walsh: Two friends referred me to Harry Heitin Auto Repair for air conditioning service. I had an appointment with a Ford dealer, before speaking with Scott. Diagnostics alone, at the dealership, was going to be $150. The service manager did not know when the actual repair would be done.Scott got my vehicle in a few days after I called. I dropped my van off at 5 pm, the night before. At 10am, the next morning, my van was ready. Scott said he had seen the problem before and it was a relatively easy fix. Zero complaints about the quality of his work. My grandfather used to go there my father's gone there and I will continue to go there as long as he's in business. diamond wallace: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Id give them a zero if i could. They failed my car without so much as putting it on a lift. Off rip said there was a hole in my muffler when I literally just got an entirely brand new one put on a week before. I passed emissions but not safety? How? When it's not loud, there was good suction and expulsion. This place might have been good before but they definitely gone downhill. All about the dollar. They didn't even want to tell me exactly what it was. They said they were busy when there was literally noone in the shop at all. Zero cars. All around bad service. Was told my car wouldn't pass so they slapped a failed sticker on my car based solely on looking at my car. My car is in great shape and just got it fixed two days before going here.
