ned hawes: Bought my Son's first car from Andy. I had a great experience. He proactively changed out the brakes and also replaced a cover for the outside mirror without any prompting on my part. Other dealers I looked at prior, had the attitude if it's broke, then that's how we're selling it. Compared to other dealers his price was quite fare. The car itself was a turn in he got from a larger dealer; which I could see from carfax, and how he says he gets a lot of his cars. Based on my experience I would recommend him.

Charlie: I have an older vehicle, and when the power steering fluid started leaking, I brought it to my local mechanic I've been going to for years. My mechanic is excellent, but the rusted out bolts proved far more challenging than expected, so he referred me to Andoni. Not only did the technician at Andoni fix the problem, but he did so quickly, and for a reasonable price. Don't let the small size of this shop fool you, they're competent professionals. Would definitely recommend.

Bernaldo De La Cruz: They told me that they would give me the CARPETS of my car and it is still time that they never contacted me for that, and they also only gave me a 30-day guarantee and after 2 months the vehicle was damaged. I think they have to handle themselves better 😕 👎

Vladislav Kononenko: I was in the market for another car and I saw a few cars that I wanted to take a look at from their website. I gave them a call and it was very quick and easy to set up a test drive for the cars I was interested in. The cars were clean and in great working condition and the staff was very professional. It is clear that they care about the quality of their cars and the customer service. It’s been a while since I got a new car and the staff was able to walk me through the whole buying process and even assist me with the registration. I ended up choosing the 2009 Toyota Corolla. I’ve had this car for over two weeks now and I am very happy with my choice and the condition of my car. I would definitely come back here for my next car and I highly recommend this dealership! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.
Peter Gonzalez: Horrible service, prolonged mechanic work for no reason, sold me a car that legally wasn’t going to pass inspection and they knew it, had a bad cat, tire pressure sensors, I brought it to them, took them 5 days to weld a small car when any other welder/mechanic can do it in less than an hour, and they didn’t even fix the issue with the tire pressure sensors, my back tires are still leaking so I’m sure it’s not even the sensors, I just have leaky tires and they didn’t do anything to fix them, so I couldn’t get it inspected initially because the check engine light from the bad cat, then when they fixed the cat, they caused an exhaust leak that wasn’t there originally , so it failed inspection, then I went to inspect it after I myself paid out of pocket to fix the exhaust leak and forgot to mention the headlights I paid $500 for because the ones they sold me the car with were full of condensation, so that’s another reason it failed, another place didn’t even finish the inspection due to safety because of the back doors not having interior door handles because it’s a decommissioned cop car, but they didn’t even take the time to check out ANYTHING that was wrong with the car but were on top of selling it to me. Worst car buying it experience I’ve had to date, would never go back. Also failed to mention that I didn’t bring it back for a second time to fix the leak they caused because they’re 40 minutes away from me and I already had to miss days of work from bringing them the car originally and picking it up because they couldn’t even stick to their word of having it ready by 10am the day I was supposed to get it. I’ve spent a good $700 of my own money on top of all the tolls I had to go through repeatedly to bring the car and pick it up.

Even with a 30-day warranty, you expect to be stuck with whatever problems the car might have, because those warranties never cover the thing that goes wrong. And they're used cars, so of course there will be problems. That's just the way it is, right?Not this time.On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem.But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money.When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car.I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives.The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back.I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.
Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

Russell Johansen: My mini cooper was crushed by a tree in a recent storm and I was looking to replace it with like year and options. I had been driving around the state visiting dealers etc. I found most cars did not look as good in person as the online photos made them appear. My wife found Ritelane Auto Sales on FB Market Place and the exact mini cooper I wanted. I messaged the owner and the car was available and made arrangements to visit immediately. I live an hour and a half away, ken said the car would be there when I got there. I know minis since I had owned 4 to date. I was pleasantly surprised to find the car was as stated and even looked better in person. Ken was very easy to speak with and gave me the background on the car and pointed out it was dealer maintained and had no issues. After careful inspection I agreed 100% with Ken the owner. I bought the car and when I drove the car for an hour and a half home at highway speed I was even more impressed. I got a great car for a great price. For me this was a win, win.
