steven cataldo: Second time buying a vehicle at Diamond in Auburn mass. The first experience was to purchase a GM vehicle, I met with Taylor from sales who was a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying experience enjoyable and painless. My second time buying from Diamond was solely because I wanted to work with Taylor again. I could have gone to a different dealership as the vehicle I purchased was used as well as a non GM product but Diamond had what I wanted on the lot and Taylor made the deal happen purely by being honest, helpful and going above and beyond once again. I would go back to Diamond for a third time if the need arises, just because of how I was treated on both occasions. If you go to Diamond looking for a vehicle do yourself a favor and ask for Taylor.

belford kinney: Pretty disappointed in Diamond. I was looking for a truck and they are asking 20K over retail? I thought "carpet bagging" was illegal. I guess they figure screw everyone let's make them pay!! Anyway i went to Ford and got a nice shiny new truck from them at a decent deal. Brian Rouleau: They changed management last year and the place fell off a cliff. Service times are long, and the sales department is looking to not just make a reasonable profit but instead take every last penny. My suggestion is to get a quote from them and use it as leverage to buy elsewhere.

Drrooiid: This review is directly applicable to the service manager, Andrew Parker. This man has a major attitude problem. He's argumentative, rude, inflexible and unworthy of his position. On two occasions he has tried to push my buttons and cause an argument. He tries to blame me for a problem that his technician caused and denies responsibility for it as well. I have sent my concerns to the general manager, Scott Barry and I await his response. No dealership should have a service manager with Andrew's mentality. It's atrocious!EDIT: Scott Barry called me after this review was brought to his attention (30 mins). He just wanted to argue with me as well, about an unrelated repair! After he refused to believe that I couldn't have noticed this problem for six weeks (I have only driven the vehicle 4 times / less than 200 miles) he suggested I take an 80 mile round trip to their body shop (WHAT? NO!) said he'd email me the address, never did.I'm flabbergasted. What did I do to deserve such disrespect / disregard? I'm a paying customer! $1720 to replace a headlamp and I get my bumper alignment messed up in the process because it wasn't reassembled properly! Now they call me a liar and expect me to drive 80 miles to get it fixed. Screw Long Cadillac! I need them like a hole in the head!

seth couturier: Should be an option for zero stars. They sold my wife a vehicle with a bad motor, and failed to honor the warranty because we moved out of state. Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

He sent me a picture they already had on file and it’s not possible to tel what it is. I asked him to send a better picture, 3 days go by and nothing. I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: “I know man, you gotta give me some time”. Another 4 days go buy and nothing. I call again just to be put on holdIf you don’t want to do your job just quit and find something else to do.
