Diagnostics alone, at the dealership, was going to be $150. The service manager did not know when the actual repair would be done.Scott got my vehicle in a few days after I called. I dropped my van off at 5 pm, the night before. At 10am, the next morning, my van was ready. Scott said he had seen the problem before and it was a relatively easy fix. Martin M: These guys are super unprofessional I literally dropped off my car in the afternoon and told them they could keep it over night so they can look at it first thing in the morning since I had work in the afternoon next day. I call them around 12 pm and they tell me that nothing has been done to it yet , 2 pm they call me saying if they could have more time to diagnose it and take it apart, at this point I’m forced to call out of work because I need my car fixed, I call them 30 min to close time and they tell me that they haven’t got a chance to bring it back in and diagnose it since 2 pm , so I decide to go and pick it up because I need for work again, the guy just hands me the key and says nothing to me. Would not recommend.

Ive been trying to call back and get some resolution and my 40$ back. but its been over a week now they keep giving me excuses and telling me to call back later. And today they wont answer my phone call.

Adam Ross: After relocating to the area, finding a garage we could trust with our automobiles was important. We were fortunate to find Island Auto Repair after using a Groupon for an oil change there. Since then they have done all service on our vehicle without any issue, obfuscation, or delay. Their prices are fair while the service has always been done fast and done well.They do a lot of business installing ignition interlocks, and can get pretty busy with that. But, call ahead and you will get a timely appointment. The staff has always treated us with honest courtesy and communicated well.Island Auto Repair is our go-to for car maintainance.

Scott Johnsen: Rated so highly for a reason! I travel the country for my job, and brought my RAM 1500 in because the brakes started to feel funny and the engine was making a sound I hadn't heard before (have 40k miles on the truck). I had the rear differential fluid changed too. Left the truck overnight, they called with the diagnostics which turned out to be nothing. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my vehicle after hours. They were nice, honest, matter-of-fact, accommodating, all in all just outstanding service. If I need my truck serviced again while I am out here, I will be back!
