Maribel Manzari: Aweful. We parked our rental car in a space that had no sign and they towed us anyway and charged us $180 cash to pick it up. We were just visiting our sick mother. We had to take a cab to Boulevard towing, and they parked it between 2 rows of parked vehicles, which made it very difficult to back it up out of that tight space. They are crooks there. Shame on them.
Susan Bergeron: This company let someone who was not related go into my deceased daughters car and take her belongings out then lied to me her mother about it. When i called to speak to the owner about his employees actions i was insulted, called names and hung up on. My daughter is dead they did wrong and i was treated like garbage. I plan to include them in my lawsuit for the death and theft of my daughter and her belongings.

When we went to retrieve the vehicle the driver pretended to have a call and refused to release the vehicle. We had to involve the police dept before the childish driver would allow us to take the vehicle. Do not recommend this slimey business to anyone. Watch out.Service:Car towing
Maya S: Parked my brand new Subaru in the allowed area while visiting my family for 15 minutes. The guy named Julio decided to tow my car, I was able to stop him from towing, but he still hooked it up illegally. All wheel drive vehicles can never be hooked up, only flat bed should be used. A five year old knows that! As a result, huge damage to my front bumper, tire and rim. In addition the power steering and balance is off as well. Charged me $110 NOT to tow it, and told me to deal with my insurance company. Later on I tried calling the towing company and speak with the manager or the owner to ask how to proceed with the claim. The person who answered the phone was rude, obnoxious and used profanity towards me. Hung up the phone and told me not to call again! I am beyond furious with these people!!

David Kistner: Great experience. Best towing experience I’ve had. Alex was very friendly and not grumpy like a lot of tow truck drivers are. I waited 5 hours for Subaru roadside assistance and they still couldn’t even dispatch a tow truck. Called here and he showed up within 30 minutes, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 30 minute ride to the drop off was not awkward at all like they can be sometimes. travis macmaster: On my way home from Virginia with family when the passenger side front bearing decided to blow out on me and still had to get to Maine. Tow truck was prompt and driver was knowledgeable on the situation. After the tow, the people at island auto were quick to get me in and treated me great knowing my situation. Woman in the front office was kind and had great conversation. Mechanic that worked on the truck was ver knowledgeable and while working on my truck would bring me on the shop to show exactly what was going on and how and what needed to be done. They got me in and out at a great price where other shops would try and gouge knowing I was an out of stater in a bad situation. I would recommend to anyone. Kacie Brown: Took an hour to come and get me. Then 2 men show up to tow my car but they only have 2 seats in their truck so then they make me SIT IN MY CAR while they towed it. Mind you they couldn’t even tow it all the way to my house left my car on a main road in a snow storm AND they damaged my bumper and refuse to even go be me a refund for the $200 I paid for the tow. No one forced any of them to work yet they all share the same snarky attitude as if they’re the ones who have no car. Completely unprofessional, they have no idea how to talk to people.
