Debra Helfgott: We found Spritzo/The Portland Group in Worcester because of a disappointing visit to the Kohler Store in Natick. We were looking for help with purchasing the fixtures and the door for our upcoming shower renovation, only to be told that everything we wanted was either backordered or unavailable. The salesperson suggested we try elsewhere and rattled off a couple of business names. I called a few of them and left a message on Spritzo’s voicemail. Within 10 minutes of leaving the message, Kathie returned my call and within less than a day, she had found and ordered our door. I reached back to her to get a quote for the other fixtures we wanted and she not only sent us one that was significantly less than the one we had been given, she told me that some of the items might not be necessary for our job. She invited us to stop down to the showroom so that we could discuss and see what we actually wanted and needed. She found us fixtures that went better with the rest of our bathroom and again saved us quite a bit of expense. They offer complimentary delivery to your home, and Kathie kept in touch throughout the entire process. Our door came on time and the other items were also ready when we needed them to complete our renovation. The follow up and attention to customer service is impeccable and we would highly recommend Kathie and Spritzo to all who are looking for bathroom fixtures and accessories.

With an endless amount of product options, she was very helpful in guiding us to the fixtures/hardware that would achieve the look that we wanted for the space. Brandon LaCava: Extremely underwhelming to say the least. Showroom is very small. They only have a few bathtubs, a couple toilets, and a meager show of vanities. The only saving grace is they have a tolerable selection of working faucets and showerheads, otherwise I would have given one star.

Eddie Burtt: Very poor service, almost as if they don’t want to sell you anything. Called and tried to order 2 1-1/4 circuit setter balance valves, employee asked 3 times what company I worked for, and informed me I’d have to come to the shop to order it rather than give a card over the phone. Called Winnelson supply of Worcester and they ordered it right away without question, no card needed.

Not being a plumber,I wondered if I would be as welcome as a professional.The part was in stock, at only a couple dollars more than HomeDepot ( which was out of it anyway)The place is modern, clean, and the service was friendly and efficient.I will not even bother with Big Orange next time. Give this place a try !
Steve Fornari: I went in to get help with replacing a kitchen faucet sprayer,or if could not be replaced, getting the correct adapters to fit the one that I purchased. The counter guy wouldn't even attempt to find the correct adapters and blew me off. I went to home Depot and they took the time and got me what I needed. Poor customer service at Plumbers Supply Co.

Ghassan A: Im with my 2.5 year old son and needed to finish getting supplies. the staff presented creative ideas and communicated the benefits eloquently. On several occasions the scope changed and the teams ability to respond with resilience and efficiency proves that not only does the staff understand the complex codes but has the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities with ease while being diligent and conscientiousness. But it was the actions taken with my son that had me sold. The act of kinds started with a snack, a drink to wash it down, washed his hands after playing with the fittings, got a tour behind the counter, and after an hour of assembling all the needed parts, one there woild have noticed how genuine the team cared about each other and the customer. Part of me Expected this type of service for a price but when comparing the total cost they beat the box and online retailers!!!At this point we were on our way out and with my hands full and my son not wanting to leave they carried my son as a grandpa would and buckled him in.
