Eddie Burtt: Very poor service, almost as if they don’t want to sell you anything. Called and tried to order 2 1-1/4 circuit setter balance valves, employee asked 3 times what company I worked for, and informed me I’d have to come to the shop to order it rather than give a card over the phone. Called Winnelson supply of Worcester and they ordered it right away without question, no card needed.

Not being a plumber,I wondered if I would be as welcome as a professional.The part was in stock, at only a couple dollars more than HomeDepot ( which was out of it anyway)The place is modern, clean, and the service was friendly and efficient.I will not even bother with Big Orange next time. Give this place a try !
Steve Fornari: I went in to get help with replacing a kitchen faucet sprayer,or if could not be replaced, getting the correct adapters to fit the one that I purchased. The counter guy wouldn't even attempt to find the correct adapters and blew me off. I went to home Depot and they took the time and got me what I needed. Poor customer service at Plumbers Supply Co.

Ghassan A: Im with my 2.5 year old son and needed to finish getting supplies. the staff presented creative ideas and communicated the benefits eloquently. On several occasions the scope changed and the teams ability to respond with resilience and efficiency proves that not only does the staff understand the complex codes but has the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities with ease while being diligent and conscientiousness. But it was the actions taken with my son that had me sold. The act of kinds started with a snack, a drink to wash it down, washed his hands after playing with the fittings, got a tour behind the counter, and after an hour of assembling all the needed parts, one there woild have noticed how genuine the team cared about each other and the customer. Part of me Expected this type of service for a price but when comparing the total cost they beat the box and online retailers!!!At this point we were on our way out and with my hands full and my son not wanting to leave they carried my son as a grandpa would and buckled him in. AND I'm thankful Peter Dolan left this phone number here 35 years ago when the house was built so I knew exactly who to call!When he came in hew remembered installing the well in 1984 and asked about my family! What a really nice guy! I love meeting the people who helped make this place a home (one of those luxuries being running water, thanks to Pete!)His crew was super professional and polite! Zoe Pohl: Great people and very helpful. We had some major issues with our well and water quality and they have helped me fix it all over the last year. It’s been quite a process but they have made sure to do a great job and we are on the final steps to finishing everything. Everyone I’ve worked with or spoken to is very nice and helpful.I will mentioned that sometimes there is a gap in communication where I’ve been told they will call back but when I wait a week and call them, they were told I’d be calling them. It’s happened twice but hey, they are human and in these last two years we have all be thrown off.Overall they are great and we will continue to use them for all our well and filter needs.

Michael Maschi: They never showed up or even called to say why. The first time I called them and they said they forgot to call and let me know. The second time I had an 8:30 appointment, they texted and said they'd be after noon, then never showed up. I guess they just wanted me to waste the entire day. Don't waste your time with them. Anyone else is better. And don't pay attention to the five star reviews, just look at the names and you'll notice they're from people related to the company.

Thomas Donnelly: Recently after severe storm went through our neighborhood, our family woke up with no water pressure. Thinking the worst, I found a Gagne sticker on our pressure tank, which promoted me to so a quick google search and found their website. I saw one, not so positive review. I emailed Gagne through their "contact us" link and asked for help. I had received a call from Chris within 15 minutes. The techs showed up when she said they would and only charged me for what was wrong. I have FULL confidence in Gagne as a service provider. Bravo and THANK YOU!!!!
Christine Conroy: Don’t waste your time or money. Had a jet pump to a small secondary well malfunction, I wasted over $400 bucks for them to come out and over pressurize the system with a pressure gauge twice the size of what was originally on it, nearly blow the motor, then tell me it was junk and I needed to replace the whole system for several grand. I googled videos on YouTube, ordered the part I needed for $30 bucks, installed it myself and have had zero issues since. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable

Naddie 1: My mom paid her hard earned money to redo her bathroom. After paying DH Adams, they gutted her bathroom and never came back to finish the job. She was left without a toilet and sink for a month! We tried contacting them several times and tried to talk to someone face to face. No one returned our calls or answered the door! Do not use this company! My mom ended up having to pay another contractor to finish the job. They are thieves!
