Kateri Hastings: It was my first time visiting this location during a rainy night and it was difficult to accurately determine spacing/parking.[I work in business myself and I'm aware that this parking lot is not meeting code guidelines]Upon entering my experience was ackward and I felt attacked.(The disrespect was getting aggravating at this point).I was letting it go due to it being a long work day and an honest mistake on my behalf. I appreciated the older gentleman with white hair and glasses trying his absolute best to maintain composure and attempt to stay professional. He was relatively nice until some younger male started to irrationally open his loud mouth; thatt is when I noticed the older man lose his patience entirely.Regardless of my apologetic, polite cooperation of moving my vehicle..the male (that was in his mid 40s or so), disrespectfully called me a "fat cow" on my way out the door.I understand this place may be convenient for some, but I was completely repulsed by this "mans" immature behavior.Prices are ok but nothing special. The prices are likely on the cheaper end because they're trying to make up for the lack of professionalism around there.I recommend you don't support this location.If you do support them then good for you.I personally will NOT tolerate the disrespect I received from here.

Linda Vickery: Just went there for a quick addition to a craft beer themed gift for a friend and was assisted by Amanda, the store's resident beer expert in choosing a mix that would appeal to him. She could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through an area that I know nothing about. She understood exactly what I was trying to assemble and I left the store with a nice assortment of lagers, ipas, brown ales and stouts that even sounded appealing to me(I don't like beer)She was genuinely nice and clearly enjoys educating others about the virtues of beer. If you have a beer lover on your Christmas list I would highly recommend going to Mass Liquors for its selection and consulting Amanda for her expertise.
Rhine Merten: While this store might be much smaller than their competitors on park ave, they manage to match their diversity of stock and carry several top shelf options not to be found elsewhere. There is a good selection of local and craft beers, a cold room, as noted a good spread of liquors, and a nicely organized wine selections.More important than all this is the atmosphere. The register is right next to the door so it is easy get assistance and the people seem genuinely pleased to be there. I live in Worcester and this is always my goto.

Paige Lepore: I’ve never had an employee be so rude to me in my entire life. He yelled at me, using the f word and called me ‘lame’ because I accidentally used the wrong door. I will never be returning to this monstrosity of a business. He might’ve thought I was underaged because I left without buying anything and I look young. But I am of age, just didn’t see anything I wanted.

Richard Crompton: This place was stocked with a large variety of items to choose from and the back wall was well stocked with cold beer. The staff was helpful in finding my items for me, quickly got me checked out and out the door I went. Will be going back to the store for more.

Brent Mergerson: Don’t be upset when you discover that being in line first means that you will be unloading first! I arrived at location on Saturday and not a truck in sight! Thinking that I beat all the other trucks that arrived after me would mean that I would be unloading before them came to be upsetting that the trucks that arrived after me were instructed to go around me and were permitted to enter the property and unload before me ! After becoming rather irate and communicating with someone from the office I was made aware that the first come first serve rule has an exception! Your ability to unload or the time that you are permitted to unload depends on the product you are carrying! This is very problematic and must be corrected to prevent disturbances between drivers that experience other drivers going around you that arrived after you!
