Andrew Taylor: Great.They reviewed what we wanted to accomplish and then went through the couple products that they had that could accomplish what we wanted. After we settled on a product (pull down, push up double cell blinds), they went through the color choices that would match our decor. They had blinds of the colors we were interested in that were big enough for us to see the actual effect in our windows vs guessing. Ordering, payment and installation was easy and happened the way they said it would. Great people to do business with.

I've been in sales for 40 years and I can say with authority that Amanda is one of the most buttoned up salespeople I have ever met. She knows her product inside and out. She gives you options but and shares her opinion about her experience on what works and what doesn't and why. Ultimately, your choice of window treatments is your decision, but Amanda gives you a lot to think about and makes it easy. We met with another company to get a comparison quote and the rep was not very knowledgeable. It was apparent immediately that Budget Blinds was the better option. Our shades came in a week early which was awesome. They called me at 12:30 on a Wednesday to tell me and said the installer could come immediately or another day. He came immediately and did an outstanding job of installing the shades and explaining everything. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Budget blinds!!

The owner Merrick (sp) sensed that I was not 100% satisfied (Keep in mind, I was not even complaining, only questioning) and with no hesitation at all, he ordered another product at no cost to me to solve my problem. It was very clear my complete satisfaction was his top priority. Highly recommend.

Not only could they give us the motorized skylight shades we asked for, but they have several options. The rep who visited us was delightful, knowledgeable and funny. The installers showed up right on time and completed the work in less time than was budgeted. The price was great. A thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish.
