Denise Brodeur: I can't say enough about the ladies in this store! My husband and I were looking for new valances. We had such a difficult time, even returning valances bought online that weren't the color they appeared to be online after we spent $192 for them. We returned them and drove nearly 2 hours to The Curtain Factory Outlet where we were met with the most helpful people ever. We found the exact curtains that we loved but there was only 1 and we needed 2. The dye lot had changed and the new color wasn't matching. They called the manufacturer for us, found a match in the old dye lot and had the second one shipped directly to our home. Great customer service doesn't get any better!!!

Can be a bit intimidating when you arrive, there are curtains displayed literally everywhere. Just start walking around and get a feel for it or let the ladies help you navigate the store. Helpful sales women who are not hard sell. A must see if your in the market for window treatments.

Jillian Conforti-Sanford: My fiancé and I recently bought a house that was bare bones and needed to buy curtains so we decided to go to Curtain Factory. What a mistake that was! When we walked in the door we told the woman who greeted us what are situation was and all she did was point out where certain curtains were and went back to talking to her co-worker. We’re like okay, guess she doesn’t give a hoot about her job so it was up to us to figure out what we needed - as first-time homeowners! When we asked for help, the associate we worked with seemed annoyed that she had to come over to discuss options. Fast forward to 4 months later and we now have a broken honeycomb blind that won’t pull up. So not only does the customer service suck, but their products are garbage. Point being, I don’t know what these positive reviews are about because this store is absolute trash. Do not go to this place!

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

Martha McCarthy: For years I wanted to do something with the windows in my home yet I kept procrastinating. Finally, I called Marie, knowing from others that she had a great reputation. I was concerned that my need for blinds throughout my simple ranch home might be boring compared to some of the more elaborate designs she creates. Marie never made me feel that way. She made suggestions and gave practical advice I never would have thought about. From the first meeting right through the install all went seamlessly. I wish I hadn't waited the blinds are so helpful with heating and cooling and give the home a more cohesive feel. I would and have recommended Marie to others.
