Fred F.: Bought a used boat there a couple years back.What a giant mistake.Nothing but problems. The very first time I took it out it had a massive leak.It took me having to take it back to them multiple times to figure out what the problem was. Not only was it leaking there was also an electrical problem so often times would not even start. It also took them numerous times to fix that as well. I was literally taking it back to their shop more than I was taking it to the lake.I also found that the front mounts for the motor were connected to absolutely nothing. I pulled the bolts out with my fingers.The people that I had to deal with obviously hated working there. One guy even told me as such, said he “couldn’t wait to get another job”.I waited so long to post a review because I didn’t want to be treated even worse as they repaired the problems that came with the boat from day one.A local mechanic told me that the owner himself is known as the “king of the spray paint can”.Definitely to be avoided.Quick story, I was at the ramp one day and there was a boat there that wouldn’t start. I tried to help but with no luck.The owner asked me if I knew of a good mechanic, and I gave him a couple of suggestions, but I also told him “do not go to Doug Russell Marine”. He laughed and said “that’s where I bought it!”

Julio Gonzalez: The manager Bob in this place is the worse manager of a dealer in the world. I ordered 2 times parts for a ultility trailer. The second time he told me Because he ordered a wrong part of $130$, he can't ordered the right part and now he has to keep the part like the can keep a part in stock for a ultility trailer

Dot: Had been storing my tow trailer there for 3 years & Ken was always very helpful when I needed some minor work & would also have it ready for me to pick up even after hours when I called a few days in advance. THEN after Covid and being in storage for 20 months I called for it to be available on a Friday...(PS While in storage during covid the storage fee went up 40% without notification but Ken retroed a few months whatever) So I went Friday pm ready to go & it wasn't out front or even accessible for me to head out. (I had to pay for campsite cancelation 😖) when I called about my disappointment a new guy said he assumed I would have come in during the day, but it would be ready for Saturday evening. I took off that night the found out I COULDN'T UNLOCK CAMPER. While it was in their possession SOMEONE STUCK SOMTHING IN THE DEADBOLT LOCK!!!I WAS STRANDED Towing my camper to a motel because I had No Way to get inside to sleep. Costly mishap and I can't prove it so can't do anything about it but write a poor review.

Terence Hegarty: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!!! Inexcusable behavior! Don't do business with them!Matt sold an outboard motor out from under me, even though we verbally agreed just days before that I would come by today to buy it and have it installed. Initially spoke to Matt last October. He said that he would be getting a motor in trade, but not until March when that customer's new motor was due to arrive. Matt took my name and number, said he would call when it came in.I called Matt in March...not in yet. Called him four days ago, "it just came in," he said. I told him I would be in on Saturday with my boat for the install. Hooked up my boat Saturday morning and called Matt from my driveway to let him know I was coming. "You're looking for what?” he asks. "The 30 hp Mercury that we talked about," I said. Matt says, "Oh, I just sold it 20 minutes ago!" No apology, no recognition of our verbal contract. "Did you make a deposit on it?" he asked. "I would have!" I said.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY, stay FAR away!
