Sophia Maria: I came in for a walk in to get a heart with a capital M in the center for my daughter. I expressed to opie I wanted something dainty, and I even brought my own design. He refused to use the image, although it was my own and sketched up something relatively similar. He ended up making the tattoo a lot thicker than I wanted, and only told me AFTER the fact. He said it “fit my arm better.” Aside from the tattoo itself, he spent the whole appointment, complaining about his family life and bragging about his 10+ years of tattooing experience. It was a completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience, and I will never be back.Service:Body art

Roxanne Emerson: Nothing miraculous about this place at all! Called at 4:14 pm to see if my Tragus earring could be switched out, I already had the earring so didn’t need to purchase one. Lady on the phone told me if I got there before 5 the piercer could take care of me. I walked through the door at 4:50 and told me the guy had already left because he leaves at 5, what? If someone called and said they would be there before 5, as a business wouldn’t you want to satisfy a new customer! I guess not! I drove all the way from Spencer because of improper communication. No wonder he left early, probably had no appointments all day!

Julie Convery: Got my Monroe piercing for the second time. First time it got stuck on my tooth after swelling went down and flew out. This time I was extra careful with it. Didn’t really swell at all. Went to see if I can have it shortened because I was afraid it would get stuck again and fly out. I was told no and I had make up and I was touching it. I pointed at it. I was super careful. Well I just yawned and it got stuck and flew out. Can’t do anything about it because I am on my way to a funeral. Once again wasted money and no piercing. If only it could have been shortened this wouldn’t have happened. It was too long and it wasn’t swollen.Service:Piercings

Taylor Wilmot: I went in about a week ago now to get my Tragus piercing bar switched out and a new stud. The piercing is over a year old so it’s definitely fully healed. I noticed while they were switching out my earring there was no cleansing done or prep before the new bar went in. I am only mentioning this because over the course of having my new piece in, my ear has become sore to touch, inflamed, and causing the inside of my ear to burn. I had to take the earring out because of how bad the pain was. I’ve never had issues with this piercing until I went here to switch out the bar I had since getting the piercing. I’m scared it’s going to close up and all of this was for nothing.

The woman was incredibly rude and offered zero apology for her inability to disguinguish my name from another similar name with appointments at two totally opposite times of day. Inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional.

My artist Diana is capable of literally any task. I truly believe she is the best in the business, she has done a beautiful job with perfectly shaded florals on my fiance. I had a huge cover up done that other artists said was impossible, well not Diana! She not only covered a large dark unwanted tattoo , she made it dissappear and gave me the tattoo that I wanted in its place. Tim murphy: 98 reviews and a 5.0 rating as of 4/26/23 says a lot. This was my 1st experience (2 sessions with a total of 11+ hours of tattooing) with Tone and google may want to allow a 6th star for him. He put my soul on my arm with only a few pictures and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wish I gave him a blank canvas to work with but he exceeded my expectations with the results. I sent an inquiry through the website in March when they were accepting new appointments and received a response I believe early May, maybe a bit earlier. (aka he’s busy because he’s amazing!!). Antonio is so professional and does an AMAZING job with his tattooing. I got two small tattoos (one on my ribs/torso and one on the back of my forearm. Pics are from 5 days after getting them done) on Tuesday and they’re healing very well. His studio is clean and he shows you all the brand new needles and ink he’ll be using on you, and answers any and all questions you may have. Also super reasonable pricing! You can tell he loves what he does and he does it so well. He works with you to create the tattoo you want and he was so great about my little last minute changes to make sure I was happy with what will be on my body forever.
