Sophia Maria: I came in for a walk in to get a heart with a capital M in the center for my daughter. I expressed to opie I wanted something dainty, and I even brought my own design. He refused to use the image, although it was my own and sketched up something relatively similar. He ended up making the tattoo a lot thicker than I wanted, and only told me AFTER the fact. He said it “fit my arm better.” Aside from the tattoo itself, he spent the whole appointment, complaining about his family life and bragging about his 10+ years of tattooing experience. It was a completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience, and I will never be back.Service:Body art

Roxanne Emerson: Nothing miraculous about this place at all! Called at 4:14 pm to see if my Tragus earring could be switched out, I already had the earring so didn’t need to purchase one. Lady on the phone told me if I got there before 5 the piercer could take care of me. I walked through the door at 4:50 and told me the guy had already left because he leaves at 5, what? If someone called and said they would be there before 5, as a business wouldn’t you want to satisfy a new customer! I guess not! I drove all the way from Spencer because of improper communication. No wonder he left early, probably had no appointments all day!

Julie Convery: Got my Monroe piercing for the second time. First time it got stuck on my tooth after swelling went down and flew out. This time I was extra careful with it. Didn’t really swell at all. Went to see if I can have it shortened because I was afraid it would get stuck again and fly out. I was told no and I had make up and I was touching it. I pointed at it. I was super careful. Well I just yawned and it got stuck and flew out. Can’t do anything about it because I am on my way to a funeral. Once again wasted money and no piercing. If only it could have been shortened this wouldn’t have happened. It was too long and it wasn’t swollen.Service:Piercings

Taylor Wilmot: I went in about a week ago now to get my Tragus piercing bar switched out and a new stud. The piercing is over a year old so it’s definitely fully healed. I noticed while they were switching out my earring there was no cleansing done or prep before the new bar went in. I am only mentioning this because over the course of having my new piece in, my ear has become sore to touch, inflamed, and causing the inside of my ear to burn. I had to take the earring out because of how bad the pain was. I’ve never had issues with this piercing until I went here to switch out the bar I had since getting the piercing. I’m scared it’s going to close up and all of this was for nothing.

Mister Barich: No I set an appointment with an artist of yours for my birthday. A artist who had previously done a piece on me that I've yet to be able to get touched up because they've bounced around so much. We scheduled the appointment about 3 week prior. We discussed tattoo ideas/placement for my spouse and I. We were planning on spending $1000 for the two tattoos as we'd both sent . The artist reached out two days prior after we'd already confirmed and canceled the appointment as well as messaged saying that because we didn't message back 3 days prior that we were no longer aloud to book with them. They totally ruined my birthday and tattoo plans. I know looking back i probably should've booked through your website but the artist wasn't listed.This review is solely on professionalism and ability to book appointments.

(We got our sides done and there was no discomfort about having our shirts pulled up). We came back in 2020 and booked an appointment with the newer girl Edy. Her work is beyond AMAZING! She has her art work hung on the wall and its mind blowing! She has this amazing artist's mind that can design a tattoo better than you imagined. She is super nice and easy to talk to making the tattoo process easier. She's very patient if you have low pain tolerance. Her tattoo work is the best I've seen! Brendan Duffy: I have gotten 3 tattoos done by the owner Rob. He always does amazing work and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His skill at tattooing and attention to detail is why I would never get tattooed by someone else. He always makes sure I leave with something I’m happy with, even if it means changing the design I had in mind. He doesn’t hold back, and ultimately wants to make sure you leave with a quality tattoo. It also helps that he’s a funny guy and provides lots of good conversation and laughter while he stabs you repeatedly with a needle covered in ink.

He didn’t seem interested in tattooing me or maybe is uncomfortable tattooing woman in general as he shot down 5 ideas based off of anime and games. I loved this shops work and it’s upsetting the atmosphere didn’t match the art. I’ve never met an artist so difficult. I barely got to speak, he had an excuse at the ready for when I tried talking to him about a different piece instead…UPDATE : Shoe had my utmost remorse for my tardiness along with a heads up as I understand how rude and disrespectful it is to artists to be late. Sometimes things happen, I shouldn’t be punished for that. I went through 5 ideas, none of which other tattoo artists found a problem in as they were not complicated. I don’t appreciate being gaslighted. You wouldn’t have to lie on ur review if you just did better.

Tim murphy: 98 reviews and a 5.0 rating as of 4/26/23 says a lot. This was my 1st experience (2 sessions with a total of 11+ hours of tattooing) with Tone and google may want to allow a 6th star for him. He put my soul on my arm with only a few pictures and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wish I gave him a blank canvas to work with but he exceeded my expectations with the results. I sent an inquiry through the website in March when they were accepting new appointments and received a response I believe early May, maybe a bit earlier. (aka he’s busy because he’s amazing!!). Antonio is so professional and does an AMAZING job with his tattooing. I got two small tattoos (one on my ribs/torso and one on the back of my forearm. Pics are from 5 days after getting them done) on Tuesday and they’re healing very well. His studio is clean and he shows you all the brand new needles and ink he’ll be using on you, and answers any and all questions you may have. Also super reasonable pricing! You can tell he loves what he does and he does it so well. He works with you to create the tattoo you want and he was so great about my little last minute changes to make sure I was happy with what will be on my body forever.
