Marissa: My family and I decided to try this location for the first time for our family night. When we got there I told the woman at the front that it was our first time, we’ve never been, tried asking questions but it seemed like I was bothering her. I asked about pricing and if it were by time or by game etc, all she said was “by game”, didn’t bother to give me pricing or anything at all. Again I felt rushed like I was bothering her. She didn’t give us any advice or tips on anything just hastily gave us the shoes and told us which lane was ours. You’d think if I said it were our first time you’d tell us how to get started or run the machine? Or anything at all?Problems while bowling that should be addressed:I received bowling shoes that were ripped on the back heel (I wish I took a photo because words can’t justify how these looked and felt while wearing them), they were not comfortable at all. I wasn’t going to ask for a new pair either because again the lady working wasn’t pleasant and seemed like we were a bother already (just being there).Some of the balls had big holes in them, chunks of the ball that somehow broke off, which were sharp when you touched it. These should be replaced or removed.For some reason while we were playing the balls would come back out of the shoot extremely oily, to the point it was hard to play.Finally when we were leaving and went to check out, I was handed the receipt and I almost fainted. I literally felt robbed.. not to mention there’s a spot for a tip. A tip for what? I didn’t order food, no one came to help us, what would the tip be for? Needless to say we won’t be returning, and don’t bother sending me the preset message you have saved saying “I’m sorry, hope we can do better next time.. yadda yadda.. bull-ish..”.For anyone looking for a bowling place, stay clear, this place is not worth the overpriced amount they charge. Find a different bowling place that actually appreciates their customers and make them feel welcome. Oh and if you’re still questioning, read the other reviews, there’s many.

It’s very apparent to me that anyone higher up than the bozos they have managing this place , have no idea about the terrible customer service these managers are providing. It’s perfectly reasonable for a guest to be upset about a miscommunication between a staff member . What is not acceptable is turning your back on helping and then berating and belittling customers. The managers at this establishment have zero customer service skills and have no idea how to handle a minor situation. One manager actually said condescendingly that they’d rather us speak to him in a baby voice because the other voice was too aggressive. The entire situation was absolutely appalling and I will 1 million percent make sure that I tell every person I know , to drive the extra 15 minutes to Auburn , MA for an experience that is 10 fold more pleasant and enjoying than this location.

We had a great time and 92 yr old Mr Sawyer was a gem who helped us to keep score ( its all by pencil and paper.) Light selection of bottled water and soda available but no alcohol. Plenty of parking in small lot nearby.

It's a hard, challenging game and fast, we got in 3 games with 4 of us for about $35. The gentleman working was super friendly, helpful and the experience couldn't have been better. The staff was super attentive and kind. Allowed us some additional time to setup prior to our start time. They setup the lanes with everyone's name when we checked in. It was very well organized with bowling, followed by pizza/cake, and then the kids had a blast playing in the arcade. If you're looking for an easy and fun idea for your little one's birthday party then I definitely recommend a day at Bayberry!

Kristy Sigstad: We celebrated our daughter's seventh birthday here, last month. Planning a birthday party here is as easy as it gets. The owner is very pleasant. They had two tables, and two bowling lanes, set up for us, in the corner, which was perfect. We brought cupcakes, pizza, snack bags, and a cooler full of juice boxes, etc. All the kids had a great time !!! The staff was amazing, and very helpful, even though it was the weekend, and multiple birthday parties were going on. We will definitely be coming here again !!!

We let the kids play in the arcade since they were upset about not being able to bowl. Apparently this league comes in, takes up every available lane for three hours? While I understand that’s a weekly thing, it would definitely be useful to have this posted on the website or FB page so that families aren’t wasting a ride or getting their kids hopes up.

Mama Jama: The kids and I loved it. I have an 8 Year old and a two-year-old and we all had A-blast. It is a lot of fun for everyone of all ages. We loved the little bowling balls. They were super easy for the kids and I to bowl with. One of the more important thing is that's the employees were nice especially the young lady named Destiny. Destiny is truly a sweetheart and you can tell that she loves her job. Destiny was very helpful throughout our whole experience even with her being super busy because of all the people That were there and the birthday party going on. It is a great place for families and teenagers and pretty much any and everyone. It wasVery diverse. We will definitely be going back.

The game room used to be twice the size and had either 4 or 6 pool tables which is all gone now and replaced with a pretty blah party room. If it could be regular bowling with regular lighting for a few hours during the day even if on certain days, I think other people like myself would appreciate that. Not everyone wants to do cosmic bowling everyday. My daughter and her friends absolutely love the laser tag. So I don't have much to say on the laser tag portion.

William Sparks: We came, we bowled, we had a good time.Beer selection was really good. Food was what you'd expect from a bowling alley.I like that the lanes had situational gutters. If you have four people bowling on a lane, and one person needs gutters, you can configure it where the gutters automatically popup for the person that needs it, and automatically goes down for the ones that don't. This allows skilled and unskilled people to enjoy the same lane. Very nice touch.

Quasi Lane: This place is run by the loveliest couple. They work so hard to make it comfortable, fun, and inviting for people of all ages. There's many updates coming, such as an attached restaurant, and they currently have a VR machine (oculus) that you can rent out for you and your friends. Classic style arcade, foosball, pool, and candlepin bowling. There's beer and wine served for those over 21, a handicap accessible crosswalk right at the entrance, and a large parking lot for parking on the side. You can make a whole day of it here. Just ensure you go early on Wednesdays and Fridays, because they do run a bowling league! Anyone at any skill can join the leagues, but you can also play for fun. This is a staple in town and there's a little bit of something for everyone. Family night out, date night, squad hangouts or even running solo, this place will keep you entertained for hours on end.
