Not only was the technition attentive in listening to the concerns I had with my vehicle but then inspected everything else in the suspension and steering to ensure I was driving down the road safely. The price for repairs was more than resonable. I will most certainly be going back to lincoln st BP.

The older man that’s been there for years does tell them to leave but there’s so many of them. The ONLY time I go here is if I’m about to run out of gas and have no choice. Employees are nice though.

Matthew Laverdure: My fault for not checking the air tire machine to see if it had been previously stripped to rip off patrons (during the rain). Reported it to the only person in the place that was quick to say it belonged to a separate company and was not her problem. 1.50 versus me filling up my gas with their "product" for over 40.00...i wonder if the company that delivers the gas they would be accountable?!? WTFC at this point boycott this place and avoid at all costs.
Michael Bradley: Nobody's here the open sign is on and the lights are off website says you are open till 9 the gas pump say welcome and will not let me pump gas worst experience I have a $50 gift card second time trying to get gas at this location and you guys have been closed this is poor business and customers service if this happened in the restaurant work at the employee that closed the station would get fired.

Some have little stores within the station and others don't. My point is that some BP's are better than others so it's hard to rate them as a whole. That's why I gave them an average, okay 3 stars.

Luis Perez: Paid $1,000 to fix everything 4 months later car started shaking again took it to another mechanic my uncle recommended n he said he put in the parts wrong n they had to fix it again smh I wouldn’t buy a car from his lot either cuz he fixes those cars also I could imagine what he did to those cars!!! He will take you for a ride and empty your bank account if he could!! Mechanics r crooks I should take them to court but that’s a headache!! Do not get your car fixed here I repeat do not get your car repaired here he doesn’t know what he’s doing or he does it on purpose so you can keep coming back smh!!!

AK: used an app and got a better deal on gas
Hasel Palacios: This place is a scam, please save your time and money. I pumped gas this morning. Put 20$ in my tank the line barely more 1 millimeter. I have a Honda accord and at any other gas station with just 5$ it goes up at least a centimeter. This place is horrible and the customer service is awful.
Jeffrey R: This is my favorite BP on W Boylston St in the world. Once, I believe I enjoyed a cruller there that I still remember. Very good gas as well, and kind folks. I even recommended this BP to Brian Kane!

D ME: Went there to get gas for the lawnmower. The pump didn't clear all the way to zero. It showed .01. Told the old guy the pump needs to clear. He starts yelling at me, saying "you gonna complain about a penny?" He grabs a penny from the counter and says "you want a penny, here's a penny. It's only a penny, big deal." It wasn't the lousy penny, his pump wasn't clearing, which could mean that his pump isn't calibrated correctly. Then he refuses to sell me gas. I took my money and went elsewhere. Wonder how many other people he is doing that to and for how long. I will never go there again.

Mike Hope: These guys are amazing! I had my brake pads, brake rotors, struts shocks springs and two outer tie rods done and they saved me roughly $500 in labor compared to the other guys. They are honest and very fair with their prices. I recommend giving them a try.
Eugene Rossi: Excellent work. I was having a lot of noise and vibration and my last mechanic screwed me over by claiming to have replaced both front wheel bearings but only actually did one. So this place finished the job for a fraction of the cost and my car is completely fixed. It took a little longer but that was likely because it’s a small garage and they were very busy. For cost and quality, this location can’t be beat. I look forward to going back.
Jacob Garrell: Khaled took care of my state inspection promptly and very nicely. He even changed my plates over and a lightbulb on the house. He was excellent and I will plan to return and give him more business given how helpful he was. Highly recommend stopping by if you need an inspection.

AS A: I think you will find, the best price around. Also, they are helpful and good explanation for any problem. The manger ‘Khaled’ will tell you where you can find the best price even you will not buy or repair your car here.They are very helpful and understanding the needs. 👍🏻

When I asked him what made it fail he said that he didn't know, but they have a mechanic... Is this real life?I brought the truck to another mechanic that also does inspection. He said that there was absolutely no reason for the rejection.I got my sticker but missed an entire day of work sorting it out. Cost me a lot of money time and effort for what I thought would be a routine quick inspection.Watch out for these guys. They have alternative motives.

Amy Wade: It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. That's why I'm writing this review- I found one! I took my Toyota to "KHALED" at BP GAS & AUTO REPAIRS after being told by a Toyota dealer that a cooler tube was leaking and should be replaced (or my transmission would fail) for $330. I asked Khaled if he could offer me a better deal. Ten minutes after I left the car with him, he called to tell me that my car didn't need any repairs at all. There was no leak. Nothing. He even took a video under my car to show me that everything looked good. I was so grateful for his honesty! All of the staff members are hard working, professional, and kind. I'm now a loyal customer. If you live in this area, I highly recommend you take your car there for repairs/service. I give them FIVE STARS!

They took off the license plate covers I had, one of which is very sentimental and then forgot to put them back on. I called when I realized what happened and the guy said he didn't know if I wanted them. My sister went to pick them up, guess where they were? IN THE TRASH! After I told the guy on the phone how much they meant to me he threw them out, even when I said my sister would swing by and get them. My sister had to argue with them to have them get the license plate covers out of the trash. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Chris Fitts: I know nothing of the automotive services of this station. My review is of the gas station only. First of all, the credit card price is steep. The receipt didn't print at the pump, had to go in and ask for it. Finally the ATM machine has a $20.00 maximum withdrawal along with a $2.00 service fee. INSANE.

Ryan Salinger: The fuel sign on the road can be different from the sign on the pump which is different if you're paying with a credit card. Confusing for sure. Once you get past that they've had some pump issues throughout the year leaving you looking for a place to fill up if you're planning on taking the pike after leaving. Other than that, there's a reasonably priced ATM fee ($2.50 I think) in case you need cash, a good selection of snacks, and I do have to say the auto repair here is great. -- If they took care of the pricing differences and perhaps lowered the price of their gas just a bit, I could award more stars.

He bends over backwards to help you in every possible way and his pricing is beyond fair. All my friends and family go to him now, some even traveling 1 1/2 hours to have him work on their cars. You can't do any better!

I had a BP gift card, and when I tried to use it, the clerk said that because I picked a different fuel grade than he originally typed in, that I could not longer use the gift card and to come back another day. As I was trying to understand the problem, he kept saying "it's your fault, it's your fault" instead of just explaining what happened.Worst customer service. I'll never get fuel there again with so many options in the area.

When I pulled in Sonya was outside and treated me with a friendly hello! When she noticed I was trying to use the pump, she let me know cards weren’t working, and asked to confirm I had change. When I came up short, about $1.25 short, she was extremely kind to give me her own change to be able to fill my tire and resume my morning commute.While I can tell this is nothing new to Sonya, I had to do something to return the kindness, so I wanted to share my positive experience when so much of today is negative. By the entire interaction I know Sonya cares about her job, her community and leads by example. It was truly refreshing, and she helped put my day back in a positive track!
