Honey Farms: what do users think?
Michael Skalubinski: Fun place open late, with bathroom and hot food.
Anhr Dawoud: I thought this place wouldn’t be good when I stopped by instead of going to the 7-11 near by. I was wrong. The people at the registers were so kind and I felt like they truly cared for me (I was walking back from a opening shift and had a bag that ripped open on my way home, when they saw it they immediately offered me a new paper bag and asked if I wanted my drinks cold when I grabbed some off the display from the Pepsi nitro stand). I now go here instead of the 7-11
K V: Manager was extremely rude. I don't want to call discrimination but I'm pretty sure that person does not like anyone who was born biologically the gender they live. I am a male and was ignored. I sat at counter for 3 minutes while the person stocked lottery and cigarettes and didn't acknowledge me. When I said something I received attitude and had my stuff angrily rang up like I was a bother to them. This is a convenience store and if manager has an issue working with different people, then they shouldn't be working with the public. I am treated differently because I'm biologically male. I am nice and pleasant and try to make sure I'm respectful, but this person treats any man who goes in there like a disease. I'm gonna go to 7/11 from now on. They're nicer and they are consistently open without the door being locked for 45 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day. A convenience store is meant to be convenient, this place is not consistent enough to be considered that.
Brad T: Never seen a convenience store closed as often as this one. Hire more employees you penny pinchers.
Jameson Guiness: Manager is extremely rude. Was on the phone when I went in. Did not acknowledge me, as per usual- threw the stuff at me and when I said thanks for being so pleasant they responded with attitude. I'll just walk the extra 40 feet to the 7/11 it's better service. Sara is the only cashier with any personality and customer service skills. That manager is awful, rude, unpleasant every time. As someone with autism, communication is very hard and when someone gives attitude they get response in kind. Seems to have no people skills whatsoever and is discriminatory towards people with disabilities.
JOE-DOGG DONOHUE: A really friendly atmosphere they have a new rewards system that seems pretty good I already had $2 on my card that I could spend the first day it was given to me the only thing wrong with the store is they are always closed early it says 11 but ever since covid I noticed that they're closed when I go there anytime after 9
Holly Longbottom: I called honey farms two times,no answer. Just had to stop mid shipment of my 82 year old mothers gift because they couldnt give me a minute of their time by answering the phone. NOW, I'm stuck on how to order anything from amazon.Great work for amazon honeyfarms of worcester.park ave..
Gopal Chapagai: Best of luck!
Virginia Enola: Never open.
L G: It’s a convenient store does what it’s suppose to do.The girls that work there are very friendly and smile at all times.Prices as usual are ridiculous but that’s the evil of capitalism. We’ll buy the expensive stuff so these rich idiots can buy their chihuahuas a Rolex!!!Just saying.O yea about the store ,it’s a decent store ,lots of every little thing .Very clean and well stocked😊
bruce nassar: Lazy help no lids for coffee? Cold coffee...
Gloria Toney: It's a run in and out convenience store

Honey Farms: what do users think?
Mike M: Seems like lady with purple hair is drinking on the job...says 24/7 but closed at 10
Bruce Wozniak: Poor customer service
Zach c: Wasn't open at twelve in the afternoon employee must of been screwing off
sharon banks: The worker are treated very unfair 8 to 9 hours working alone.....
Dave Grimm: It's a good convenience store to get certain things, but getting in out of the parking lot can be tricky.
Stacey L Turner: So i get off an exhausting nite .. Go into my nearest honey farms .. Im standing in line and the rude cashier working sat june 3 2017 at 6am .. Tries to take the customer behind me because he is a regular .. Meanwhile im standing directly in front of her .. So i said well i am standing in line .. And before him .. She gives me attitude about me saying something about her rudeness .. Then prosides to give me the wrong items.. When i say something bout that i get more attitude and minus my change due .. When i ask for the correct items as well as my change .. I get more attitude then as im leaving she says i suggest u leave before it gets ugly .. Really!!! I am a manager in customer service. . and would have ssnt her home if i were her boss. . Never in my life have i had someone be so rude to me to my face .. I am reporting this to corporate as well as her direct in store manager. . . i dont suggest anyone go there on her shifts which is apparently over nite ..

Honey Farms: what do users think?
meghan tennant: The store is over priced and isn't open half the time due to "technical difficulties". Maybe the owners need to give up and let people who know how to run it take over.
Heather Pierce: I lived in Worcester for a short time on Highland Street & I used to walk to this store daily. I'm very surprised by all of the negative reviews, because I've always had pleasant experiences here! The store is well stocked, clean, & opens early til late at night, sales associates are usually very friendly & courteous. They do have a public restroom for customers convenience that I believe you need a key for (not sure if that's changed? Haven't been recently!) There is also both a Honeydew Donuts & D'Angelo's inside of this establishment. ATM on site. Gasoline. Cold beverages, snacks, premade sandwiches, lottery, newspapers, tobacco, just to name a few things. Usually at least two employees working the counter to assist customers & they are clearly familiar with working in a fast paced environment. Even when lines get long, they have no trouble keeping up & having it moving quickly. Handicapped accessible store/restrooms & handicapped parking available. Prices are reasonable. Ask for a honey money card to help you save & request it be scanned each time you pay.
Amy Correia: Absolutely vile
Lynne Clark: I like this HF because it's close to my house and has pretty consistant help who know us and are friendly and helpful. The problem is the drug addicts allowed to hang around the door and beg for money. It makes it uncomfortable if you are a disabled person and move slow. I wish they would stop it. At times I have gone to another store because there were too many beggars along with the smokers right at the door. People are free to do what they want, but please move away from the doors.
Braddock bradd: terrible attendant !!! very uneducated, several days they do not serve well !!!!!
Ahmed Hassan: The two females at the counter March 22nd, 1:45pm during a crisis and they're laughing and mistreating customers. Had to drag it out of her that her manager's name was Paul. Shameful way you're treating people in a crisis. This is why honeyfarms is slowly shutting down in the area.
Fernando Cabral: Great lil variety store
top presidential boss music power and motive: Lived here for almost 2 years and the new hires get more ignorant. In 48 hours I’ve said how are you doing and tried to be nice because I also work customer service. It’s never no reply and it’s almost like I’m interrupting them on they phone. I’m now a manager and I know customer service is difficult but sheesh at least be human. Don’t tell me hold up aggressively because you forgot to hit payment when I’m obviously about to swipe my card. It’s only a few there that act human and sad to say the black over night one isn’t one and the new black fit guy isn’t either. Cough cough not racial because I’m black as well smh do y’all just hire anyone that wants a job or do you want customers to come back to shop and get gas smh
Eric Poston: The staff is unhelpful, rude, and inept. Did I mention useless. The drink selection is also lacking. Go here ONLY after you've been everywhere else, and then keep driving.
Eugene Rossi: Evidently the trash cans at the gas pumps aren't actually for trash from your car. All I did was clean a little trash out the back of my car and put it in a small plastic grocery bag. Then as I was paying for the gas, the clerk said "just so you know, no trash from home." When I tried to explain that I wasn't dumping trash from home, he seemed to just brush me off. Honestly I think he just didn't feel like going out later to empty the trash.
JJ MM: Keep driving...
Folly Turtle: Unpleasant staff.
Luis Lopez: Would be a five other than the older Caucasian lady is super racist against Puerto Ricans and the manager is a short rude lazy guy.

Honey Farms: what do users think?
Robin Lee: I stop there regularly, very pleasant and friendly staff, always have what I need....
Dumb Boi: It is a good place
makeup 365: Conveniently located, well stocked store with a good selection. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars is a bad experience I had earlier today, when the cashier mistook me for someone who tried to steal coffee from them (although I frequent the place around once or twice a month and have never once bought coffee, or stolen anything) and threw me out. I don’t know if the manager reads reviews, but if there is any way for them to remedy this issue I would appreciate that.
Michelle “QZA” Kirley: Clean well stocked pleasant staff

Honey Farms: what do users think?
Andrew Thomas: For the many years I lived in Tatnuck Square, HoneyFarms has always been a reliable place. Everything you expect a gas station to have, including happy and interactive workers. They’ve got your favorite snacks, on the go coffee, freezer and fridge for your beverage or late night ice-cream needs. (Lucky scratch tickets as well). Just a classic Worcester gem.
Richard Cassidy: One of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in the convenient store industry. Always friendly and always helpful. Stop by grab a coffee or play your lottery.
Pearly: Hey honey fam, it’s shea. Drop us a review, on google since we work so hard to make everyone happy! Stop in anytime we have great service. Thanks to our wonderful team we bring smiles to our guests we truly appreciate everyone.
The Noid Master: I always stop here for cheap slushies and snacks. And the people are friendly.
Stephen Polenski (JJ): I have never made a review to a convenient store. I have also never been to a convenient store that has had someone so nice and welcoming. I wish I had caught her name but she was the epitome of customer service and kindness and that deserves to be recognized!
Jonathan Stebbins: Young people trying to do a good job....actually a 36yr old manager on a power trip
Miz Frizzle: Expensive, even for a convenience store. Poor customer service. 9pm-7am you have to wait for them to unlock the door, and it's not worth the wait. Go to Cumby's instead.
Samantha Santiago: Terrible customer service literally every time I have ever been in the store. Always receive attitude from the cashier's one being an assistant manager. You are literally paid to be polite and friendly with your customers.
Christopher Pena: Great for quick stops, no hometown discount here

Honey Farms: what do users think?
Dan (SouthShoreTour): It's alright. Staff is nice and gets the job done. They also have Honeydew Donuts inside which adds points. When will 7-11 but them out? Sooner or later?
Anthony Spangler: Never seen a gas station close at 7:45pm. Despite their website stating otherwise, I have been here on multiple occasions where the doors were locked by 8pm. Also the manager called a man the N word when he left the store.
Julie Buduski: Clean place and friendly service.
Jafia Lugo: I heard from a friend that an employee told a pregnant woman to take off her shirt and bra and drop her pants to prove she wasn't stealing.
edie cardwell: My 25 year old son just informed me while shopping at this location, he was accused of shoplifting by the manager and a employee. He stated he had to “drop his pants” to prove he was not stealing! Who does that! Can you imagine how embarrassed my son feels? I will not be shopping there ever and I will ensure that I post on every social media means possible about this incident!Btw , I raised my kids to work to get what they want... they are not thieves! This boy works full time and is proud of what he does! This was probably over a candy bar! Go point your fingers elsewhere!
Zach Cardwell: Accused of stealing for not wearing a belt and had to drop my pants in middle of the store.
Marie A: I must say I come to this establishment very often and there is some nice worker's but then u have some people that I have no clue how they even got the job. AwfulIs all about the customer service and is gone down hill
Michael Brez: Great employees and close
Eddy Keen: AAAA+++
Bernard Deras: Sorry I'm done going there. Your service is awful. Both the coffee and main register. Especially on the weekend. During the week it's OK. Been going there for years and the service this last year went down hill

Honey Farms: what do users think?
Tyler Daigneault: Just a heads up, the hours are wrong. They definitely do not open at 0500.
Thomas I: Go to store for late night needs. They have a very little of almost everything you might need at four AM. Nice people behind the counter is a nice thing as well. Also full lottery including KENO.
Clown Princess of Fear: Great place and great staff, however the prices are a little high on certain products. I just wish they would update their breakfast and lunch inventory, also not to be rude but no one is gonna buy a single yogurt for 3.29 when shaw's sells it for 1.29...please update your pricing too
Khuong Nguyen: Great convenience stores. Has everything you need.
Rjgmail: horrible ... didn't have any money to cash a $50 lottery tic, they should be reported to lottery commission .. wanted me to buy $50 worth of tickets instead.
Jae Stack: Parking lot is a little crowded but has everything you need at a convenience store. Staff isnt rude like at many other HF
Sarah Smith: I have been getting my lottery here for several years. Recently, they've hired a young girl who clearly has a drug problem. She has been scamming customers out of their winnings by scanning winning tickets and telling the customer they've won less. I've now had it happen to me twice and will be reporting it to the owner and Mass lottery. Beware! Go cash your lottery tickets elsewhere.
R D: Its a pretty standard convenience store. Clean condition. Friendly staff considering the amount of people that step foot through here every day. Tons of patience. There always seems to be a steady stream of lottery players here, not to say it's a bad thing, but be aware if you're in a rush.
Mike O'Farrell: Typical convenience store but located in a strip mall.
