M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Thanks for the great attitude Michael. Keep up the good work and we’ll definitely be back in!

Ben Wood: I have been shopping at Turnpike Smoke Shop since long before the whole Covid fiasco. Of all the smoke shops out there, these guys are by far the best. Great hours, knowledgeable staff, good selection. I have dealt with the owner myriad times, and have never heard a negative word. Then again, I never go in there with a chip on my shoulder (reading the other comments). It's kind of a hike for me, but if I have the time, it's where I go. They beat the prices of anyone closer to me, even with the insane changes Massachusetts has been making.

die lonnn: Just went there for first time and got juice and a new vape. The Indian owner I see a couple negative comments about was very kind and helpful to both me and my dad at the same time. He was never rude and even offered to order parts for my vape he didn't have in stock. I never felt rushed was able to open and look at certain products before deciding to buy that he kept an open one to show customers which a lot of places don't. I was able to set up the vape in shop to make sure it was working. They have some nice glass, nothing to heady or expensive but a good range of different style percolator style pipes . Thankyou the the owner for the help and good experience. They also have a great selection of kratom

Now the prices... you can find most of the stuff in his store for 50-70 percent cheaper. Example: Geek vape tank or tankless, 99.99 in his store, 49.00 on elementvape.com. Never going back.

The owner has one employee, other than himself, who is extremely knowledgeable about all vape products. If they happen to be out of a certain juice you like, John is very good at choosing a different juice that is comparable to what you wanted. That in itself is a skill!!! I have never been to a vape shop where the employee can pair me with a new juice brand so well! It's like being a wine expert, only with vape juice products!! Best shop around hands down!!!
