Boston Badminton: what do users think?
Obdulio Lopez: We had a group of 6 friends and we wanted to rent the court for pickle ball, and they decided not to let us rent the court because they said nobody was available to move the net for pickle ball. We were willing to move the net ourselves, but they were unaccommodating and just preferred to not have any business with us.
Moose “Galactic Reviewer” Ooze: Nice place to play badminton. Wood floors with high ceiling and balcony area. Parking available outside. No restaurants nearby. There’s an Indian temple next to it.
Kishore Dasararaju: Nice place for kids and adults to play.Update: Sending my son for Badminton coaching. He is happy. They do stringing, sell racquets, shoes, etc. My son had to restring both his racquets recently. He also plays/practices with his school friends here as well.
Lalith Reddy: Courts are really good but feel the price is little bit on the expensive side
Anuroop Reddy: I wanted to join as a member but their courts are always full. They only have 2 open courts. So I occasionally go and play for couple of hours instead. The courts are very slippery last week and was told that it is because of winter.
Aaron Tennyson Vinodh Immanuel: I’m not surprised with the very recent bad reviews. I wish I give BBC more stars but the current situation is beyond frustrating!I agree that there are longer wait times at Boston Badminton Club (BBC) and it is certainly expensive. The most annoying thing is: rotation play court being unplayable due to liquid droplets, it’s been an issue for over a year now.And I’m not sure why BBC would schedule training sessions during weekday evenings? I used to go 4-5 times a week last year, however it’s just 1-2 times currently due to longer wait times and weekday evening training sessions. Hope someone does something about these concerns, sometime soon.
DG: Extremely crowded both in mornings and evenings both weekdays and weekends. Majority of the courts are taken for classes and there are so many people waiting for just 1 court for their turn. Wait time is 45 mins to 1 hour during peak times. Water drops from sealing on one of the courts which makes it unusable regularly. Even with annual membership, you need to spend additional money to book courts which should be planned at least a month in advance. Just tired of waiting.
Borja Carrillo: Great place, the courts are great for playing and the service was amazing, i will be back soon.
Xinxin Zhang: One of the best facilities around greater Boston area. Friendly environment that promotes both competitions and recreational plays. Surely a place worth sweating for fun.
Prakash Rao: Best badminton courts I've seen at least in the New England area. Flexible membership options. And the birdies and merchandise they sell are market rates, not overpriced.
Tara Burns: Fun!
Charles Tang: The superiority of this sports complex is emblematic of the owner's pride in his/her work with this amazing sport. He/she truly manifests his/her desires in this building. I hope that all can experience the true wonders of such a place.
Justin Hagenbuch: One of the best exclusively badminton facilities in North America.
Kirna Kumar Reddyvari: I like to play badminton and this facility is the best I have seen
Zihao Liu (AlilovePeach): You will definitely have fun here. However you will need to bring you own water bottle to the court.
Praveen Chandupatla: Is good place with 8 courts and small gym.Out of 8 courts only 2 available during peak hrs even for members. All other reserved or for training. Management should think of keeping atleast 4 courts for regular members.
emeier t: Good facilities for badminton
Amit Jagdale: Nice facility. Convenient location. Plenty of parking and very friendly staff. Depending on the day/hour it can be quite crowded. But the wait time can be avoided by booking ahead. Different membership plans give you the flexibility to play as much or as little as you would like. Courts are really nice and there is also a small gym of sorts in the loft for warm ups. Overall, good experience.
Jean Murphy: so fun! front desk is a little abrasive but otherwise great
jaimeen kapadia: Fantastic place to play badminton. Dedicated courts and skilled players.

WPI Sports & Recreation Center: what do users think?
michael burke: Daughter was there for championships. Great viewing and free parking
Kerry Donovan: Limited seating for large swim meets
Kyle McFatter: Fantastic, all the weights and exercise equipment you need, plenty of space, fantastic all around.
Savithalal Birali: Love the pool and seating inside as well as outside. Lots of parking spaces and lots of food placed nearby
Louis Keen: Seating is poor
Suzanne Hoey: The venue was wonderful. However they booked themselves so fulll that there wasn't enough parking room. Some elderly people had to walk quite a distance from the road into the venue due to this. If it weren't for the parking situation I would have given them a five star rating.
Gene Anderson: Great venue. Excellent view lines from spectator seating.
Abigail Epplett: Beautiful sports facilities, along with great student-athletes and coaches. I really enjoyed competing against them while in college.
Ian here: I was wondering if the basketball court is public
AS A: I hope add trining classes for students
Sushmitha Belede: They occupy badminton courts and play volleyball all the time.
connor finn: A good college gym
Arvand N: The turf is ok, the rooftop turfs a little better than the one on first floor.
Killian Onwudiwe: Good facilities...place for good relaxation
Bridgette Lynn Skiles: Beautiful facilities. Love WPI
Brenndan Teeter: Great pool!
Lucy Chivers: I love to swim, and this is an amazing pool! It's a little cold, but still amazing. Love the lanes and warm down pool. WPI is the best.
Andrew Van Ostrand: Great campus had a robotics competition there was really fun
MHT: Nice place for workout. Clean environment. Multiple indoor courts.
Elif Asar: Pool is pretty big but I have seen better college gyms. The machines and the floors aren't clean. They should be cleaned more regularly and each machine should have a disinfecting solution along with wipes. Studios have dust piling up.
Gerard Donahue: Nice to see the MVCC finals there

Worcester JCC: what do users think?
Bev Peña: The tour was great, we joined immediately as a single parent family. The membership fee is great for what they offer.I enjoy the gym, they advertised babysitting on 3 days of the week, thought I could go in on those days. My teenager loves Basketball and they offer open gym on certain days.I quickly noticed in the women's locker room how filthy it is. The floor was disgusting. I mentioned it on 2 different occasions, they pretended to show concern but when I checked again, the floor did not look any different.Babysitting was cancelled way too many times which limited when I could go. I signed up for texts. At least this way I would know of cancellations ahead of time.My teen has a tough time in the gym, open gym gets pretty full and there is nobody to monitor. The men intimidate the younger kids and take over the gym. They have a great basketball program for kids, which is probably the only good thing about the JCC.The fitness area is small, has a limited amount of machines and areas for weight lifting. After 4pm is the craziest time to go.Finally, I chose to workout earlier in the day but that's when the personal training goes on and the female trainer takes up several of the equipment I normally use and not to mention takes over the mat/stretching area. She never cleans the area up as it says on multiple flyers hanging in the gym nor does she have the clients clean the areas they use. It became very aggravating.I changed the membership for just my teenager to go.I will have to find a different gym to frequent.
John Di Anni: Rude staff
Alemayehu Bekele: The convenience of this location to our house is greatly appreciated. There's something for everyone, from babies to grandparents. If you have kids, you'll appreciate the day care services available to members. It's a sanitary environment as well. Most importantly, the front desk staff are fantastic individuals. As for the kids, they have a ton of great programs during the summer and winter months.
A F: They changed the time for the spring basketball games last minute from 3:45/4:45pm to 1:15pm on Sundays after I had already made the payment based on the winter schedule but when I requested my refund, they said it would take a while to process & 3 months later I still haven’t received my refund. When I emailed the Mikalyla S. who had taken the payment she never replied! Disappointed & will never sign up my kids here ever! After posting this review my money was refunded back to my account & they even contacted me!
Leo Finkel: I've had a lot of bad experiences with this place. There were very few employees that were kind-hearted the rest had unpleasant attitudes. I've gone here for about 5 years on and off and am writing this review from a friend's account to avoid being identified. The prices have also skyrocketed in the past year or two. For a small gym with unwelcoming employees, the price is most certainly not worth it.- Fellow Worcester Friend
Lisa Balch: Love the pool & the entire aquatics staff!
Cynthia Stone: Great exercise program. Focused on health more than appearance. Wonderful instructors.
JESSE RITZ: Great place to exercise and meet other members of the community.
Christine Sparks: I exercise at the JCC about 5 times a week. The fitness center is light and airy and has a full variety of machines and free weights. The fitness classes are wonderful. The instructors are cheerful and knowledgeable. The fellow members of the gym make you feel right at home. It is a great, supportive environment. The free child care pretty much saved my life. Free childcare is offered Mon-Fri from 9-12 for a total length of 1.5 hours. This gave me time to exercise. Plus, my son loved playing with the other children.
Nate Hafer: Great after school and summer camp options - lots of fun activities in a safe, welcoming environment. The outdoor pool is awesome in the summertime!
Leslie Degenhardt: Both my children attended preschool here and I can't say enough about it. My daughter is now 8 and still thinks back with fond memories. The preschool was life shaping for my son and daughter. Between the superb teachers and amazing director and curriculum, we knew immediately that this was the perfect choice for our children.
Susan Begley: The Worcester JCC is a great place! My family has had a membership for years. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. I love the fitness classes, especially RPM & SPIN! (Debbie & Heather are the BEST!) Every day I go, I feel welcomed and see friends who also love the JCC!
Steve Agolli: Great place to work out, very clean and friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice and clean. Gym is nice, with very good equipment.
Yin Guo: It is very good facility, people are very nice. And gym equipment are very functional too.I am be a member more than 5 years. I like so much.
Nick Ariskin: I am JCC member since 1992 and this is for the reason - it is great facilities and it is a great group of people - staff and members. After a while the workouts atmosphere matters a lot for your health for your mood and 26 years of membership it matters for your Life!
thatmemekid: Great atmosphere! Much cleaner and less overpopulated than the YMCA. Staff are much more helpful and engaged in their programs!
Nancy Dube: Lovely new facility. The Worcester Job Seekers Network is hosted here every Monday from 8:00 am - 9:30 am. The group is free and open to the public.
Curtis Lheureux: its cool
Joseph Cancelmo: Great staff - super clean too!

Harrington Auditorium: what do users think?
Bev Peña: My 6 year old and I went to the WPI vs Clark men's basketball game.It was so much fun. There was some type of festival going on outside for students but they were offering hot chocolate and waffles to anyone there. The arena looked pretty new and very clean. There was a good bunch of people but not overly crowded. We really enjoyed the game.
Bridgette Lynn Skiles: Beautiful historic facility.
nwazojie chukwudalu: Ease of access and adheres strictly to covid-19 protocols
Nicholas Dufresne: Robotics
Joel Novak: Great place to watch a basketball tournament (high school state finals) school personnel were very courteous and helpful. Loo
Glenn Vodra: Clean facilities and nice campus. I would definitely recommend for large events.
John Lynch: Nice venue to watch WPI wrestling
Michael Kozlowski: Great experience using the facility as a new employee! Highly recommend the pool area and use of the various levels of gym equipment and basketball courts!
John Jainschigg: Great menu. Great staff. One of the best burger joints in New England.
Hello Google (VIN): Need some work
June Urbani: Good seating and easily accessible from the gym area through a lobby.
Bob Smith: This place is one of the older buildings on campus even though it doesnt seem like it from the things that are on the inside. But when you compare it to the newly build, beautiful rec center that they just built right next to it, this building seems very outdated, however they do have really nice seats in here and a good court for the basketball games
Scott Morris: I come here for Robotics events a few times a year. It's a nice place, not huge, just the right size for the court. The robotics events are awesome. so many amazing volunteers come out to support the events and make them great. Be sure to make time for one this year.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Bob Rodak: Closing for good on December 31st. Never had as good a selection as Northboro or Millbury
Damian Albino: They didn't have the size I needed. They called blackstone got it over there. Good customer service. Clean store. Knowledgeable about their products.
M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.
Denis Moreira De Castro: Horroroso não dão atenção para o Soccer
Roger Leblanc: Great last minute sports store. Not alot of youth selection. But great store.
Andy P: Friendly service in shoe department and sporting goods. Great store!
Shir0: Very very lit bro, copped some new shoes 🔥
Christina Arthur: Expensive wasn't able to get anything for my dad
Jose Villatoro: Excelente
Michael Horan: Is there a global sneaker shortage? Poor selection. Found a so-so pair, of course they didn't have my size. 9.5 such a rare men's foot size...
Gilo m: Very helpful staff.
DR COLA: Connor was professional, courteous, friendly and well informed. He went above and beyond in helping me find the right gloves. Also, he knew exactly what to when I had to make an exchange for a different size. Connor truly is an asset to your organization.
Teri Goulette: My 14 year old son and I visited Dick’s Friday evening in search of matching hoodies for him and his girlfriend. We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Thanks for the great attitude Michael. Keep up the good work and we’ll definitely be back in!
Philip Bianchi: Awesome deals
Maggie Slomski: Very good no ripsticks tho
Nathan Towne-smith: Friendly staff, didn't have what I was looking for.
Rosemarie Chase: It was gd
Ed Socha: All ways got what you need
Nicholas Brennan: Good place to get your fishing reel strung up with line.
Tiffanie Speight: Great selection 😊
Alex Villodas: I found all I need
