Chris Phillips: Food was super amazing! Went around 1pm on a random Sunday. Always wanted to go and finally got the chance, definitely was not disappointed with the food at least. It came out fresh fast and hot. The pink lemonade on the other hand was wack. Quick add... Definitely will be back soon to try more flavors and items off the menu. J. Com: Just plain not good. Our poor server was frustrated with the kitchen for messing up orders (new ownership since August). For a restaurant with a chicken focus, the chicken tenders had absolutely zero flavor. I've never had more flavorless chicken. I'm talking no spices, not even salt or pepper. Chicken in flour and breading, fried. I ordered a chicken tender wrap with garlic parmesan chili sauce. It arrived with shredded chicken and the sauce was drizzled on the outside of each half of the wrap as opposed to being IN the wrap. The wrap was falling apart and 75% lettuce with little chunks of white onion. The sauce was wrong and had cumin or curry in it. And where were the chicken tenders?? I sent it back. The most flavorless, disappointing chicken experience ever. The only positive were the fries which actually had seasoning and were ample.

The issue was the server, didn’t know what a Michelob Ultra beer was, when I asked for a coleslaw she said let me look at the salad menu make sure we have it, I said no it’s a side. We order from kids menu that never came, she said oh it’s coming soon when up to the bar and asked how long they said she just put the order., so it was never entered with the wings order.They also need more high chairs and a changing table in the bathroom for families.So not so family friendly.

Shawn Logan: Went to dine in at Wicked Wing for the second time since the new management and It was the second time being disappointed. First time was the all you can eat bone in, this time was the all you can eat boneless. I arrived just before 630 and put an order in shortly after. The waitress came back around and I asked if I could order a second round preemptively which she said absolutely. The issue was that around 705, they came back and asked if we received our refills, I stated that I still didn't receive my first round. I believe It was the manager stated that it's because I came later (which isn't the case as two tables to my left received their food prior than I did and they came after I did. The waitress came back two more times, shocked that we still didn't receive our food. At one point she said that It was because the printer ran out of paper in the kitchen so they didn't receive the order, another time she stated that one of the other waitresses took our orders and brought It to another table. Finally received my food and one of the flavors that I ordered wasn't the correct one and the texture tasted like the chicken was sitting out for a little bit. Very unfortunate as I had high hopes for the new management team, but as a group we admitted we would never be back.

Hazel Roberts: I’m not sure if the ownership of this place has changed in the last couple of months or if they’ve just given up but these place has gone severely downhill. We ordered a family size tender meal tonight and we received about 8 tiny tenders (it’s supposed to come with 12) and a pathetic amount of fries. To top it off, we got half hot and half honey mustard but they didn’t even make an attempt to separate the flavors so we got honey mustard tenders and hot tenders drenched in honey mustard sauce. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place for months now and I’m not giving them any more chances. This is a shame because I used to love this place.

Phuong Nguyen: Love this place until today! Can’t order over phone, have to order online, n the menu is hard to figure out what we usually order! But above all when we went there to order inside tonight, gave the cashier $30 (a ten and a twenty dollar bill) for a $24 something order but only got 30 something cents back when we said that it was the wrong change the cashier insists that we only gave a $25( a five and a twenty dollar bill). Would have gave it has a tip anyway but it was just out of principles we feel very unjust.

Ariana Perry: The "seasoned" waffle fries were cold and soggy. They also were entirely unseasoned, didn't even have salt on them. I guess they just forgot to add the spices and seasonings... Really disappointing for $6+ fries.

Max Gillen: We heard great things about this place so we got 12 pc wings, 12 pc tenders, and 2 of their waffle fries.The chicken wasn't crunchy at all. The fries were almost wet and a plain uncooked potato has more flavor.We spent $50+. I would have rather burned those dollars on my stovetop to cook a plain potato, because I would have gotten more worth out of it.Avoid this place. It is awful.

I hate writing this review almost as much as I’ve hated my experience with this place the last few years because at one time, W.O.W was actually an excellent chicken wing spot. I had fond memories of this place stemming from my childhood and into my youth, college and adult years. Somewhere along the line they just stopped caring about quality. The chicken somehow manages to be rubbery yet bone dry. It’s also completely flavorless unless you drown it in one of their sauces. Not sure if they switched vendors or what but the chicken is flat out terrible. I’ve seen some people put the blame on Covid but I personally noticed a steep decline in quality 2 or 3 years before all that happened. I’ve been coming to this place for 17 years and tonight I can honestly say with the confidence that it was the last time I will ever eat here.And to whoever bought this place and is clearly sucking out every cent possible from it... I hope you get your money quick because word of mouth has started to spread FAST about this garbage.

I wish I had tried this place sooner the food was delicious. The chicken was hot and juicy and fresh. The fries were made to order and they give such generous portions. I've already been back and everything was just as delicious. I think I've found a new favorite take-out restaurant. There is places to sit and eat if you want to eat there.
