Eli Harris: They prioritize any orders that come in via doordash over in person ordering waited over 45 minutes. We were not told it would be that long of a wait. The food was mediocre at best.
YouKnow Me: Literally the worst fish sandwich and fries I’ve ever had. This is where you ask for even McDonalds quality. Fries as plastic and stiff as sticks, over fried stale fish, gross tasting Mayo. They have to use the worst and cheapest ingredients here. But chicken must be good if the place exists. One invisible star for very friendly counter service. And they let me sub soda for water; the only thing that tasted right.

Daisy Adams: The staff are very rude. They have an attitude of "We can do without you". Maybe they make a lot of money and so are not bothered about good public relations. A staff today told me they can do without my patronage just because I asked for a plastic bag to put my leftover food. He was angry because I declined the paper bag and requested for a plastic bag which is more convenient. Today was the last day I'll ever go there. Let's see how the business grows without patronage.

Leah Kapurch: Always the best chicken. Always juicy always fresh. They also give other things here. All the time I order there's always something extra. Whether it's extra side or an extra piece of chicken. These people really take care of their customers! You can eat in or dine out. But most importantly don't forget dessert they have the best baklava. You can you get lunch for under $10! That's unheard of today. Conveniently located on Lincoln Street.

Connor Buzak: Never eating here again. I ordered at about 10pm cuz I happened to be getting out of work early for once. I work at Domino’s and I typically get out at 12am or 1am and we serve fresh food all day. I figured the food would be at least decent even though it was a bit late since it’s a major chain chicken place. All we ordered was literally plain tenders and plain fries! Just from opening the container it didn’t look exactly right. The fries and the chicken were both extremely dried out. The chicken was also loaded with grease on the inside. The place either used old food from the day or old oil or even both. It was barley edible so I had to throw it away and even worse I ordered it on DoorDash so they will only give me partial money back.

Hazel Roberts: I’m not sure if the ownership of this place has changed in the last couple of months or if they’ve just given up but these place has gone severely downhill. We ordered a family size tender meal tonight and we received about 8 tiny tenders (it’s supposed to come with 12) and a pathetic amount of fries. To top it off, we got half hot and half honey mustard but they didn’t even make an attempt to separate the flavors so we got honey mustard tenders and hot tenders drenched in honey mustard sauce. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place for months now and I’m not giving them any more chances. This is a shame because I used to love this place.
Phuong Nguyen: Love this place until today! Can’t order over phone, have to order online, n the menu is hard to figure out what we usually order! But above all when we went there to order inside tonight, gave the cashier $30 (a ten and a twenty dollar bill) for a $24 something order but only got 30 something cents back when we said that it was the wrong change the cashier insists that we only gave a $25( a five and a twenty dollar bill). Would have gave it has a tip anyway but it was just out of principles we feel very unjust.
Ariana Perry: The "seasoned" waffle fries were cold and soggy. They also were entirely unseasoned, didn't even have salt on them. I guess they just forgot to add the spices and seasonings... Really disappointing for $6+ fries.
Max Gillen: We heard great things about this place so we got 12 pc wings, 12 pc tenders, and 2 of their waffle fries.The chicken wasn't crunchy at all. The fries were almost wet and a plain uncooked potato has more flavor.We spent $50+. I would have rather burned those dollars on my stovetop to cook a plain potato, because I would have gotten more worth out of it.Avoid this place. It is awful.

Evan Christy: Is it possible to give zero stars? I wish that I could. I hate writing this review almost as much as I’ve hated my experience with this place the last few years because at one time, W.O.W was actually an excellent chicken wing spot. I had fond memories of this place stemming from my childhood and into my youth, college and adult years. Somewhere along the line they just stopped caring about quality. The chicken somehow manages to be rubbery yet bone dry. It’s also completely flavorless unless you drown it in one of their sauces. Not sure if they switched vendors or what but the chicken is flat out terrible. I’ve seen some people put the blame on Covid but I personally noticed a steep decline in quality 2 or 3 years before all that happened. I’ve been coming to this place for 17 years and tonight I can honestly say with the confidence that it was the last time I will ever eat here.And to whoever bought this place and is clearly sucking out every cent possible from it... I hope you get your money quick because word of mouth has started to spread FAST about this garbage.

Idk if no one told the cooks to put the speakers where they're cooking or what... 4 menus on the walls yet none of them are the real prices or combinations either. Waited 45 minutes for soggy, lukewarm food because they made 80% of it and forgot to make the chicken... I was the only order they had when I placed the order too. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the freshly cooked chicken actually was really good. If they can get their act together there is potential for this to be a great spot.
