Joe Garcia Gruntastic Logistics: I’m at a loss for words at trying to describe my experience with G&O. Nick came out to inspect my roof due to a leak we noticed from the interior attic. Clearly, we need a new roof. It’s at the end of its life. He pointed out everything wrong with my current roof and while it was leaking in a certain area, we still knew we needed a replacement. However, not a cost we can take on. Nick, without hesitation, offered to repair the leak, but also added a solar fan for the garage because it’s 1,000 degrees in there. By Nick agreeing to the repair, this gives us 2 more years (estimated) to obtain the funds for a complete repair. That level of integrity and the willingness to work with what we had is beyond what I could say, so thank you! Thank you for sending an amazing crew. J. Sticky (Sticky): This company has many 5 star reviews for a reason. Nick and Fred are very accommodating and my experience with them has exceeded my expectation. They put a new roof on my house and replaced cedar siding that was worn and cracked. They are full service so when I needed someone to replace the cedar that was cracked they sent a carpenter....who was very efficient and did a great job. They are full service so when I also needed a painter to paint the new shingles I didn't have to search reviews for someone to call. Very. happy and so will you be with this company!

Working with Nick from start to finish really made my life that much easier. Nick was on site multiple times a day to make sure everything was going smooth. The workers did an outstanding job with the roof. In and out within 2 days. I was nervous about the loose scraps and nails being around the yard (dog) and driveway (car tires). The clean up job after every work day was SPOT LESS. Picking out the siding was also easy with Nick and Pete being just a phone call away for ANY question I may have had. Lewis Lipsitz: We hired G&O to replace a steep, complex, and very high roof on our old 3-story Victorian home. Unlike 2 other roofers we received estimates from, they informed us that we could make an insurance claim for shingle "blow-off," which we didn't realize was covered. They also provided a private adjuster who successfully negotiated with the insurance company to pay the cost of a better quality roof than they had originally agreed to. It then took a while to get town permits and begin the job, but we were extremely impressed by the workmen and their quality of work. They were true craftsmen and a pleasure to have working for us. They cleaned up every day, did not use scaffolding, lifts, or dumpsters, and left no debris on site. The finished roof looks fabulous. We have had numerous experiences with roofers in the past, but G&O was in a class of its own, far above all others. They are expensive, but well worth the price - especially with the help of insurance coverage.

Mark Johnson: JAM installed the patio around our pool and I regret hiring them.After less than a year there was dramatic sinking around the entire pool and even 10’ away from the pool. I might have given then the benefit of the doubt until the gate post fell. They glued the stone cap down and only cored down 3 INCHES for a 4 foot post! Their fence install is pure negligence – and eliminates any benefit of the doubt they might have received. When I called them to fix it, they quoted me a price which was only a few hundred away from the original labor cost to install! We had another contractor fix. The photos speak for themselves.EDIT following JAM reply: JAM is blaming the pool contractor who has installedbackfilled around over 1000 pools since the 80s rather than take responsibility. Also, notice NO reply to the fence post negligence. The original quote to fix from JAM was near the same as the original installation cost. Their “cut our quote in half” was STILL MORE than I paid another contractor. If you got food poisoning at a restaurant, would you go back and give them more money or would you go to another restaurant?! Finally, “other pool patio’s have not sunk” is a lie. The original people who recommended you to us had their patio sink too. They just contracted with you to fix it.

nana mensah: So my initial attempt to contact these people was via their web screen tool which was a fail, then i called them and spoke to a Kevin and we scheduled a date so I took a day off just to get my lawn and fence fixed.I recieved a call the day of to cancel due to a funeral which is okay and was told to call back which i did and rescheduled . Im yet to get a call back with confirmation and that was months ago.
joseph mcleer: I use them to do a contracted snow removal at a local AT&t store. Their services are top notch. They just in with me each visit as requested and are always ahead of the weather. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to anyone.
Jay Richardson: I called this company by mistake to get a landscaping quote and they had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The person I talked to was very nice and was willing to help me find someone locally to help me out. I've never heard of that before. If you're in the MA area, you gotta look them up. They're great!
