They returned my call immediately, and scheduling was a breeze. I called a week prior to the appointment and asked if we could pull in our appointment. Jessica was able to make that happen. I loved the flexibility, and great communication throughout.Once at the house, Jessica explained the process, and what to expect. The results far exceeded expectations. The carpets are squeaky clean and I'll feel much better now about letting my son play on the floor. A great spring clean.John was amazing.
