Photographer: I DO NOT recommend using Duraclean. They dropped my bed, and crack the frame, they also misplaced several of my belongings. They did not meet my expectations of work or communication effort. I have no confidence in this company as a whole and TOTALLY would not recommend them as a restoration company to anyone I know or communicate with.

Maddie Carroll: I would leave them negative stars if possible. They damaged our dinning room table moving our household goods to refinish the floors. They have pictures of our table before hand without damage and the picture of the damage immediately after moving the table back in. They still refuse to claim that they damaged the table even with their own proof. The project manager that came to the house to handle the claim was the most unprofessional representative I have ever encountered.
