Ngoc Pham: I got partial denture done by this doctor that was cover by my insurance , after a few month my wisdom teeth bother me,it got an infection so I try to call and come In as an agent appointment and they told me I can’t come in now have to be 3 more day then they have available for me, that is so unprofessional to tell a patience with an infection to come in at another time when they need help , so I been go to the place near my house they take me right away and prescription me with an antibiotic, after two year my teeth start to fall in the denture so I got a gum infection and so I didn’t wear my denture for a week , till my gum is healing and I try on my denture again it didn’t fit , I pregnant now and I have to go to Dialysys 6 day a week and I have to wear my mask on and it hard for me to breath , so I came back to him cause I know my insurance is cover for the adjustment and repair , when I got appointment he gave me a unreasonable excuse he tell me that someone is stepping on it and it bends so he couldn’t fix it , he gave me a price that I have to do a whole new one with a price of $1200 and he give me a discount of $200 so I have to pay $1000 out of my pocket, what a unresponsive doctor they have there. I think he did a really bad job on my denture , he can’t even recognize his job. I call my insurance and file complain about this situation , so I hope no one have to go through what I’m go through so don’t go here.

Mrs. Ghoul: This facility is a joke, rude doctor and receptionist, said the can't ever be seen cause I missed an appointment which is false and that's considered malpractice. I'm reporting this to higher up. Told me I have to wait and have the owner call me back. What a joke. I'll go to someone else and report this lack of care, and he used cheap dental materials for my fillings not even half a year and my gums are constantly bleeding and my nerve were the filling was is exposed and I take very good care of my teeth. Joanna: Unless you enjoy physical and financial discomfort, I wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than a simple cleaning. Long story short, I had a filling fall out about two weeks after getting it done here. The office could not accommodate an emergency appointment that same day or even the next day to fix it, so I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket as I was desperate to get some relief. The whole experience was most certainly "unique".

If you’re looking for a new dentist office, this is the place!!I recently had a dental emergency, I called at 10:30 AM and informed them of my situation and I was seen that same day at 3:00. When I arrived I was immediately taken back into an exam room, had x-rays taken by a very nice tech/assistant, and was seen by a dentist who sent me home with antibiotics and an appointment to correct the issue once the medication had time to do it’s thing. This is just the most recent example of what an amazing dentist office this is. Z Z: Disclaimer: I am a FORMER patient from 2014 to 2019.I had to change to a new dentist office because I moved to west coast in 2019. I had gone through several procedures (regular cleaning, filling, root canal, crown) at 64 highland dental during my time in Worcester. Most of the work were performed by Dr. Kasouha.The quality of their work passed the test of time. My current dentist said the previous work, especially the root canal and crown, were remarkable and well performed.

Kris Kross: I would NOT recommend this practice. I went here for the first time for a deep clean, and was told I should come for cleanings every 3 months afterward. I actually upgraded my dental insurance for this year to cover this frequency of visit, and called in March to start booking my appointments. I was told they had nothing until SEPTEMBER! Why would you tell a patient to come every three months when you know you're understaffed and overbooked to that extent? I'm paying for a premium dental plan so I can fit in ONE VISIT a year? I will be seeing a new dentist.If you're coming here for a one-time procedure, maybe it will work for you, but I would NOT recomment Monica Gobran and Assoc. as anybody's ongoing, regular dentist.

Marissa Lussier: I had honestly the most bizarre dental experience i’ve ever had here, I came in for a new patient appointment and was told immediately that someone had been trying to reach me about my old x-rays when I had gotten no voicemails and neither of the numbers listed had called me at any point. I asked if it were okay to just do new x-rays to which they asked me how many which I have never been asked before and didn’t know how to answer, so I just said the two points where I had been having pain and that I have extreme dental anxiety. The hygienist was super sweet and took care of the x-rays and took pictures of my teeth and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Gobran came in eventually and did a thorough exam, I told her I had been having pain to the point where I couldn’t eat on either sides of my mouth and again that I had extreme dental anxiety. Once I was sitting upright again she shrugged and asked if I wanted to wait until my old x-rays came in and I agreed because I wasn’t sure what that meant exactly, and I do freeze easily when i’m anxious situations. I realized a few seconds later that Dr. Gobran had left the exam room and that I was asking the hygienist if there was any type of treatment that they could tell now considering I had just had an exam done and Dr. Gobran was giving some type of numbers to the hygienist during the exam. I also mentioned that I had questions about the oral sedation mentioned on the website. She went to get Dr. Gobran to come back into the exam room only to come back minutes later and say that she told her to tell me that she’ll call me when the x-rays come in with a treatment plan and that I had to come back the next week for a separate consultation. I was honestly appalled and so disappointed that I was not only leaving without a treatment plan (after having had an exam) but that Dr. Gobran wouldn’t come back into the room to answer my questions- considering all of the exam rooms are open door I could see that I was the only patient there. After that point I felt so uncomfortable trusting them with my future care that I just accepted that my questions would go unanswered. This was late January and I still have not gotten a call back, at this point I’ve had several more visits with a different dentist and already have gotten the treatment done that I needed. I don’t really understand how this practice has hundreds of incredible reviews yet I had this strange, awkward, and uncomfortable experience but needless to say I would advise others it is not worth the potential waste of time if you have severe dental anxiety.

The staff at Dental Team (Worcester) not only did wonders for my teeth and mouth health in general, they tailored the procedures to the needs of my particular case. After several visits, 5 extractions, 5 crowns and 2 partials, they not only fixed my teeth, they restored my confidence both professionaly and personally. To say I'm grateful would be an understatement. Their personal approach and passion for dentistry as more than a cosmetic correction but a 'living artform' offered me an experience that supported, understood and addressed all my concerns through every one of the procedures! The team accommodated my personal needs and reinstalled my faith in the dentistry industry generally. Dentisry is not a privilege but a necessity! It allows a 'quality of life' immeasurable and often underestimated by health insurance institutes. Particularly as you age or have adverse conditions which effect your teeth, no matter how hard you try to 'maintain' dental health! Rachel Corbett: After 10 years of severe anxiety over dentists and avoiding it, Dr. Singer was able to make me feel comfortable and get work done. He has a great confident attitude. Really able to chit chat and make me feel comfortable. He has pulled 3 teeth (2 wisdom and one bad tooth) for me. The first visit was the bad tooth causing me pain. He talked to me, assured me things would be easy and great, went at my pace. Once I was comfortable, we went forward with the extraction. He talked me through it and it was done in no time. Today was my second visit and my anxiety was minimal because I knew he was going to do a good job and get it done quickly. It was another amazing visit! I highly recommend Dr Singer as an Oral Surgeon. Everyone at Dental Team of Worcester has been great! I go in for more work with another member of their staff next month and I'm actually looking forward to the experience and getting my teeth back in shape.

Barbie: This is the best place in Worcester to get your wisdom teeth extracted. I have just gotten the second one done today and once again, it was easy and painless. I adore the staff too.Not every small practice has good staff, believe it or not. Some places have receptionists and PAs with horrendous communication and social skills so its become important to me to find a place with those traits regardless of how good the provider is.Also, Dr. Blinder is good at assuaging fears as well so if you're afraid of the dentist, don't be afraid to come here.

Dr. Albert Kim is an easy doctor to speak with and found him to be concerned for my well being.
