Doreen Sullivan: I likely have a cracked molar #3 on the upper right side of my mouth with a short root canal already there. A deep pocket exists and accumulates debris causing pain. Dr. Kim explained the situation and recommends a consult with an Endocrinologist. I was concerned of course and made an appointment with a specialist. Dr. Albert Kim is an easy doctor to speak with and found him to be concerned for my well being.

I've been at this Dentist for 15 yrs, and the care is more thorough than any office I'd used in the previous decades!Dr.Ginnard does excellent work, always making sure that there's no pain. Her disarming humor helps dispell the "going-to-the-dentist anxiety". I'm so relaxed in the chair, watching beautiful, mesmerizing scenes from nature on a big HD screen. Every person in the office is friendly and courteous. A fun and healthy work environment brings out the best in people. I gave this office a try, and the great fit makes me a customer for life!

Crissy: I have no insurance and they were able to get me in on the same day I called for an emergency. The staff at the desk was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Matthews is my favorite now. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very nice and thorough explaining exactly what had happened with my tooth. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I went today to University Dental and I was very impressed with their empathy, kindness and non judgemental manner. I had to have an abscess landed and drained and I did not feel a thing. That's how skillful Dr. Wang was. Great experience.

Deanne and Sean Thebado: The first visit was nice. I opted for the dentures with the posts. I scheduled an appointment with the oral surgeon and received an over abundance of text messages and phone calls. You began to sound desperate for business. I came in Monday to see the dr. I went to financial counseling and couldn't get a quote. I was promised a call back because he was unsure of the costs. I asked if it was more than $5000 and the reply was oh much more than that. I am still waiting for a call but I will go elsewhere as you seem desperate for money. My original quote was $3000. What a scam.

Dr Lee and her staff were incredibly welcoming and made our daughter comfortable as they explained suggested next steps for treatment. Communication to patient (and patient’s parents) was very impressive and helpful while our daughter navigated a medical need away from home for the first time.
