So you have now lost a lot of customers cause I will make sure everyone I know does not do business with you guys. Dennis Goodman: For anyone who hasn't figured it out:Dr. Diesel and Jay Foley are the same person - Dr. Diesel is a persona he uses.Jay Foley owns the company.It's a small 5-6 person company, all sitting within earshot of each other (except shipping/service) who is generally in the warehouse.Hytork "High Torque" fluid? It's just rebottled store-brand ATF fluid. Don't waste your money, they rebottle in house.Don't send your engine in to be reman'd. It'll almost certainly be shipped off-site to be repaired - not remanufactured - and then get a fresh coat of spray paint once it arrives back in Worcester.

He was very unprofessional, rude, and didn't even care about what I had to say. He wouldn't even look at my email while I was on the phone with him to get any info or pricing. I was told I would have to wait till they had time and they would contact me when they had time for my email. Now I understand why they have a low rating.

mike oneil: One of the worst experiences I have ever had.... This has been over a year now.I bought a new small skid steer motor from them. The motor was put in and it leaked. I took a pump plate off and the back plate gasket wasn't sealed correctly(It had a large wave in it). After going back and forth with them telling me they couldn't find or get anyone to work on it, I found an authorized dealer. This dealer was very iffy about dealing with Perkins but they did. they found out that the back plate to the motor was warped. Then found that the main shaft was scoured. Foley said they will get Perkins rep's involved. I don't know if they did or not. Foley shipped the motor to Perkins the to someone else.A throttle mount was welded on a plate that was put on the motor. It was not welded on to the plate while on the motor. They blamed the problem on the mount that was put on. Both the authorized dealer and my diesel mechanic have said there is no way that the mount is the cause.Multiple calls have been placed to Foley and the dealer(at least 30-35 calls). Foley said they were going to try to resolve the problem with a Perkins district manager. Two weeks later the work is done and Foley sends me a bill for over $4000.00 for the repairs. I called and Dr. Diesel answered my call. I have never talked to him until now. Over 1 year later. Awful. The guy i was talking to wouldn't answer my call because he knew the bill was sent. This guy also said if his name was on the company name that a new motor would have already been sent out.The communication with them is painful. Trying to get them to communicate with the dealer... Almost non existent.If i could give no stars i would.

ALL STATE: Our truck has been in and out of this shop , under warranty they changed the parts that were not under warranty and charged me for that which did not resolve any problem RIP OFF after 6 month these people are just screwing people around , very unprofessional and unacceptable. My truck has been out of work for over 6 months and making payments and insurance on it.Problem is still exist and these people are joke , useless , unprofessional !!!

Johnny Bates: I had a issue with SCR coded out saying truck would derate in a short time I called to see if they could check out with my issue Jessica said they would try but may not be a day or so-this was on 02/08/22 approx 11:00 am I didn’t expect truck would not get looked at for a day or more that afternoon they brought truck in and found out the problem they didn’t have the part so I asked if they could overnight it which they did so on 02/09/22 by 3:00 pm I was up and running everybody here was kind and courteous to me Dave kept me updated and jesica is such a nice young lady and the mechanic I didn’t get his name every body was great and the cost wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be thank you to everybody for a good experience anytime going into a shop can be scary great job

They have every reason in the book not to back up their warranty. They'll spend the time to document the so called reasons, yet they won't even give you a courtesy test run on the machine after the rebuild to show you the job got done properly.Spend the time to do your own rebuilt, and if it doesn't work find a place to warranty a rebuilt item and keep yours for spare parts.

hondaelsinore1974: First let me start by saying, I am not the type of person to leave any business a negative review unless it is absolutely deserved! This review is not in any way directed to the salesman who frequents our area or the guys working the counter! They have always been very pleasant and helpful. This review is directed at the branch manager and the companies' quality control and testing departments. Our company has been doing business with D&W diesel for 15+ years and I have to say they treat their customers very poorly when it comes to warranty issues! Our last "and final" experience with D&W was approximately two months ago. I purchased a set of remanufactured fuel injectors for a 2004 5.9 Cummins diesel along with a set of their brand new connector tubes. We are not "green" to replacing injectors in these common rail systems and are fully aware of the necessary precautions that must be taken to avoid any contamination of the new fuel injectors! As with all vehicles we repair, we performed full diagnostics on the truck prior to condemning the original parts. We determined the truck needed at least three replacement fuel injectors but we always replace them as a complete matched set along with a new set of connector tubes. Once I had customer approval I called D&W with the engine number to assure I would receive the correct parts. The salesman that I usually deal with was very helpful and personable as he always is! He is a five star employee as far as I'm concerned! I received the injectors and tubes the next day and we brought the truck into our shop to perform the repair. My highly trained star diesel technician disassembled the engine and removed the connector tubes and injectors. He then inspected and cleaned all of the high pressure fuel lines, common rail and fuel filter housing cup of any contaminants. He then began the reassembly procedure, everything was spotlessly clean and the injectors and tubes were installed using the correct Cummins installation procedure, including all torque values specified by Cummins! We installed a new Wix fuel filter in the filter housing, primed the fuel system and started the engine. Within ten minutes of running we knew something was very very wrong! The truck smoked like a train and the engine ran rough. Using our scan tool, we were able to isolate the suspect injectors and determined that four out of six injectors were over fueling the cylinders. We contacted our salesman and he requested we remove all of the fuel injectors and he would pick them up to be analyzed. He picked them up as promised and sent them to their "clean room" for testing. Our salesman called me two days later with the results of testing, he told me that the injectors were full of dirt from contaminated fuel. I expressed my doubts to him as we had spent a great deal of time making sure everything was spotless and he told me his hands were tied. D&W diesel refused to offer any help except to sell us another set of their "poor quality" injectors from their so called "clean room". I told them they could keep their injectors as cores and reluctantly paid the invoice so our credit would not be damaged. I then ordered a new set from Tim at Accurate Diesel along with new connector tubes.Tim is a really great guy and he is extremely helpful! I received the parts two days later and my technician repeated the installation procedure. The engine runs excellent and we were completely satisfied with his product! I have since purchased many more injectors from him and many other products from Tim including injection and cp3 pumps and have nothing but positive feedback for him! We are now exclusively using Accurate Diesel for all of our diesel fuel system parts! I hope this very truthful review was helpful!
