Unfortunately Kelvin was off today but i was Fortunate enough to have my own great customer service experience with a different Coworker name Marisela. After explaining to her my situation and what I have been dealing with In the Webster location for the past 4 days with a big beautiful smile on her face and a sincere apology, she proceeded fixing the issue. there is nothing in this world that I appreciate more then a sincere apology coming from a person that has done nothing wrong but understood that, so out of respect for me , her place of work and on behalf of her coworker she was able to do that and more. With a very short time notice she was able to help me with my issue my selection and delivery she was truly awesome. How funny one person can make the difference . This is a person that truly enjoys her career and sometimes people take that for granted specially costumers and don’t give them enough credit . Claire Byrnes: This place is packed full of all types of furniture. There are some unique pieces as well. Prices are very reasonable, and they will deliver for a fair price too. Definitely worth a visit.

Michael Eldridge: Almost every piece of furniture i have in my 3 bedroom ranch has come from here here. The owner Al gets a lot of the furniture from estates. I have gotten many whole sets of living room and bedroom furniture inexpensively here. I have gotten a number of fine display cabinets also. Very often when i want some odd little item i find it first time I walk in here. Like I was looking for a magazine holder/something to put extra bathroom items in it, it was there! Just last week I wanted just the right size glass display cabinet to put over my doorway. It was there! I have come here for about 20 years. Sometimes I go there, not having anything in mind and find something I didn't know I needed. He also has a lot of bicycles and cycles. They deliver as well.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better
