I will absolutely be buying from them again because they are good people and because of their great customer service- that’s very hard to find these days. Joey Adcock: Truth be told, I was extremely excited about driving to their location to pick up my new AT Pro and Lesche but was met with a super small lackluster product area that had me questioning if I should abandon the order and try a different place. Convenience won out and I completed my transaction with a helpful yet non-customer facing type employee who seemed to want to finish their computer work than my sales request. Not a bad experience, but not a good one either. I will shop online for all future metal detecting equipment from a competitor.

Brett J: I have dealt with Detector Electronics Corp on several occasions (Moe/Daniel/James) and I can honestly state that they will treat you fairly and professionally and provide very courteous customer service. They are also a warranty depot for the detector I use and they have been excellent at taking care of my warrantable repairs. If you are not sure about something, give them a call, they are more than happy to help you find what meets your needs.

Anthony Monti: Great to do business with online. I went to the store once, yes the store front is small. Aged. The owners treated me well, and showed me a few detectors. As all stores have gone online, they have too. Nothing wrong with that, why spend lots of money on upgrading the store when the business sales are mostly online these days? With so much competition out there, at least you can call them and talk to a human being. I hope they stay in business for a long time.

Rich Trevains: Went in to buy a detector and turned around and walked back out. Have bought a detector from these people before. Problem is there was nobody there to answer my questions. It seems theybgot rid of all the sales people that had detecting knowledge. Was going to buy a detector online that day as I have before and drive down and pick it up They still wanted to charge tax even though it was purchased online in NH. Did that with my last detector and had no problem. Oh well their loss. No very customer oriented anymore.

I wouldn't recommend buying here unless you want your item immediately and don't mind paying close to double what you'd pay online (only drawback to that, is waiting a few days for delivery)

I passed by there hundreds of times not noing there was a metal detector store write here local so I stopped by and went inside to see there floor space is small but don't be fooled by that because for me it don't matter what matters is what they have and the most important is how I was treated and it was very very good i don't give 5 stars just because I bought a metal detector there am giving 5 stars is because they didn't rush me out! the owner talked to me let me have a feel for what I wanted and wasn't trying to push me into what I couldn't afford he was straight forward! I all ready did my homework before I stopped by and he told me the same thing that I looked up online for hours so I have too say they are really nice and the others ( workers ) where nice as well I will be coming back forshore if or when I upgrade later on .. these are the kind of business that I like too shop not big box stores that when u ask a question or help there rushing u out the door because someone came in to see what they have !! Kevin McLaughlin: I’m a small business owner Went there to buy a light bar for my Denali for plowing, (in company clothes logo on my coat and hat)forgot my wallet……had my wife on FaceTime with my license and debit card….my identity could have absolutely been confirmed…the manager TRAVIS obviously was more interested in exercising the small amount of power he had than actually doing his job and helping a paying customer…..he told me I had to physically have my debit card there to make the purchase(although I could have went online and manually entered my CC info made the purchase and had the item delivered to my doorstep) I needed the light bar asap so ……had to drive an hour and a half out of my way to get my wallet ….to go back there and make the purchase showing no ID whatsoever….Hey Travis get off your high horse bro…..keep making paying customers feel like thief’s you won’t have any to speak of….

Refused to follow their own policy, so when I called their HQ phone ordering call center, they didn't really get why the store didn't follow policy and they were able to help me on the phone. Again, good company, bad store. Better to do your shopping online and have your things delivered.

Jason Cote: Nice store but did not have what I needed for my tractor, of all things. Was looking for some rubber connectors for my self bagging system and I couldn't find anything at all for self bagging systems in store. Its a tractor supply company; I guess I expected more in the way of tractor/lawnmower supplies. Couldn't even find enough blades for my lawn mower. It was disappointing in terms of shopping. Very friendly staff though.

Leah Guidry: Incredibly helpful staff and all so polite! Travis helped us find a pair of pants in another store, even called to confirm that they had them. After leaving the store, I realized a discount hadn’t shown up on my receipt. Travis was able to correct the error over the phone and refund my credit card. I didn’t even have to go back in! Clean, well stocked store and great staff!

David Gibson: Tractor Supply stores are relatively new to New England. They have everything needed for taking care of animals and all the tools needed for any purpose. It is a country store at heart for farmers and ranchers. That includes clothes, fencing, tires, the list goes on. Even cool farm toys for children. The people working there are helpful and courteous.

Sarah Boudreau: Went a day ago to buy a few things for my dog. The store was crowded with restocking boxes on the floor blocking isles. Cashier was rude and talked to another employee about her personal life the whole time checking me out. A lot of employees were not wearing their masks to cover their faces and just kept them on their chins. To top it off when I got the bag of dog food I had bought into my car it had an obvious rip in it that was taped over with packing tape. Had to go back in the store and return it. Very disappointing experience.

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.
