We also always use them for our personal florists, and they have been spectacular every single time. Maureen is the owner, and she is wonderful. I called Christine today for a last-minute order of 18 Easter floral arrangements for our staff, which she made and delivered in under four hours! Every arrangement we have ever received from The Flower Stop has been absolutely beautiful, but even better than that is the customer service and personal relationships that they have with their clientele. Andy Tranajerbhajhinimarini: I needed flowers for a promposal for my girlfriend (yes I know, by default we should already be going together since we’re already dating, but I figured it would be something nice for her) and I didn’t want to get them from any supermarket. So I checked out The Flower Stop on Stafford Street after searching online for local high rated florist because I knew nothing about flowers.Even though I almost had no clue on what to do, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the shop and was complimented on my glasses by a lady who was actually an employee. She was super helpful and the other staff members were also very helpful and friendly. Despite it not being a big shop, it felt very homey and the shop was full of beautiful flowers. I was guided throughout the process and the staff helped me along the way of the process and procedure of ordering flowers. I ordered Pink Hydrangeas because I knew they were my girlfriend’s favorite flowers.Days later I came back and I picked up the flowers and met some more staff members that were super friendly. They flowers were beautifully wrapped and I felt very satisfied. I walked out the shop with the flowers in my hand full of excitement and confidence because I knew they would make her so happy . And they did! She loved them so much, she could tell they weren’t from just generic supermarket. My overall experience here was awesome, thanks Flower Stop! I’ll definitely will return for more flowers for the upcoming prom.

Claimed they are designers first and florists second. I picked up the most basic corsage with a flimsy black elasticWrist band. 90$. Do not waste your money

Upon arriving it was very apparent that they were not doing walk in business. After walking in a rainstorm for 20 minutes I decided to plead my case and hope for some pity.I will add I showed up 15 minutes before closingHesitant at first I thought I was out of luck. Upon hearing the circumstances the two people working could not have been more welcoming and helpful.For a very modest price they made me two arrangements that match the team colors. Tastefully done, they look like they are expensive while being understated and elegant. I am extremely impressed with the intricacies of the arrangements, clearly crafted by someone with a good eye and skill. I’m far from a expert on the science of floral arrangements but have purchased plenty from high end florists that were not on par with these.I have come to believe that good people own good businesses and the people, product and overall experience at La Jolie Fleur is a perfect example.Would give 10 stars if I could and should I ever find myself in Worcester again I will buy flowers from here without occasion to do so.Thank you so much, you made my day and more importantly improved the day of two 14 year old young women.

Samuel Doughty: I cannot express what wonderful, kind people the owners/operators are. Our son died a few days before Valentine's Day and we had to quickly make arrangements for his burial, so it just happened that we were there on Valentine's Day (not really realising it) looking to set up floral displays for his funeral services. Paul took the time out on this hectic day and sit down with us to develop what we would need- then he told us to name the price! On top of that, before we left, he sent my wife out back to pick a Valentine's Day rose arrangement that she liked- completely complementary! Under the circumstances I hadn't even thought to give my wife her customary bouquet... I am so grateful that Paul made sure I kept the tradition going uninterrupted. I can't say enough what wonderful people they are- they will always have my business.

The owner sat with my family and talked us all into doing a green and white theme to match my mom's wreath. Our concern was they wouldn't look different. He assured us that he had many different green and white flowers and we would really like them.The flowers arrived late to the funeral home due to a delivery truck breaking down. When my sister and I saw all of the arrangements we were so disappointed. Even though the arrangements were different, they ALL had the same flowers in them. Mainly carnations. On top of that, the flowers were expensive to say the least. In the future we will stick to our regular florist.
