Kathleen OConnor: Ordered prom wristlet. Not at all what was requested. The “designer” said it would be unique with glitter and sparkle and a sturdy band in silver glitter. Claimed they are designers first and florists second. I picked up the most basic corsage with a flimsy black elasticWrist band. 90$. Do not waste your money

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

Erin Slott: A friend and I made the trek out to The Plant Ward and it was more than worth the journey! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They went above & beyond, sending me videos and photos of some available plants prior to my driving there. Upon arrival, I was amazed with the selection of rare plants - and all at decent prices! They have beautiful plants - from the basic pothos to the amazing Thai Constellation, it's a must go for any plant lover, from beginner to more obsessed enthusiast. I can't wait to return!
Rae: I love visiting various small plant businesses. If you're not huge into plants, this will be a fun adventure. If you're more established in collecting, it might be hit or miss unless you're looking to throw down $$ on some rarer, pricier plants like a white princess or Thai constellation. Everything looked great, though- all really healthy and in good condition!
Crystal Helliwell: Love my new plant from the Plant Ward!! I saw them at the arts at the armory in Somerville today, and bought a beautiful Epipremnum Pinnatum Albo from them. They were so friendly and had so much knowledge, what a great experience. Will definitely be stopping by their store for some “fish shit” soon!
Baker Automotive: This place is a gem! Kaila is so friendly and knowledgeable! As stated in all the other reviews, the store is a really fun place to visit. So many amazing plants--all sizes and TONS of variety! That being said, my most favorite thing about this shop is the services they offer! I dropped off quite a few plants that I wanted repotted and a few of them needed a little extra TLC--well boy did they do a great job! I will be returning soon to have her do a few more. Go check out this shop, you will not be disappointed!

When I arrived I was heartbroken to find they no longer had the plant I was looking for. Yes I still bought other plants just not "the one." While at lunch the waitress recommended this place. My husband and I decided to check it out. I couldn't be happier I did. They had just one of my plant. She willing to sell me a substantial cutting. My mom was so excited to come here because she had heard from her friends about their asian pear trees and how well they do. She asked me to drive her first thing in the morning. She was inquiring to the lady at the desk about the discount because it was different than what she was told from a different younger employee. The older lady, I assume owner, YELLED at my mom for asking a few times. I've never seen someone YELL at her for trying to buy something. I don't care that the price was different because we would have paid for it anyways (and we did) but that does NOT give you a right to SCREAM at people. If you have that little patience for a customer, you really should not be running a business, sorry. I'm honestly still a little shaken up from it.

I bought a handful of plants I have not seen around other local stores. Also they do have nice outdoor trees - we bought a dogwood last year and it is beautiful. Every year we buy a hanging, flowering plant for the porch and it lasts at least 3 months. Francine and her husband are very nice and helpful.

Upon arriving it was very apparent that they were not doing walk in business. After walking in a rainstorm for 20 minutes I decided to plead my case and hope for some pity.I will add I showed up 15 minutes before closingHesitant at first I thought I was out of luck. Upon hearing the circumstances the two people working could not have been more welcoming and helpful.For a very modest price they made me two arrangements that match the team colors. Tastefully done, they look like they are expensive while being understated and elegant. I am extremely impressed with the intricacies of the arrangements, clearly crafted by someone with a good eye and skill. I’m far from a expert on the science of floral arrangements but have purchased plenty from high end florists that were not on par with these.I have come to believe that good people own good businesses and the people, product and overall experience at La Jolie Fleur is a perfect example.Would give 10 stars if I could and should I ever find myself in Worcester again I will buy flowers from here without occasion to do so.Thank you so much, you made my day and more importantly improved the day of two 14 year old young women.

What I can say is that the flowers were VERY fresh. Last arrangement I received fromt he same shop lasted two weeks. I hope these will last as long. Gorgeous!

From the first phone call made to the arrival of the centerpieces, everything was amazing. People are still complimenting two months later how pretty the flowers were. I called a day before placing my order and they were able to answer my questions. On the day of the the delivery I called to check on the order and delivery.
