Sarah M: Went to get an inspection sticker and talked to the cashier she told us to park our car and come in and wait until the car they are working on is done. Another person came in after us to get her inspection sticker done but when the lady mechanic that worked in the garage came out she ended up taking the woman who came after us in first. The cashier told her that we were waiting first and that it was our turn but the mechanic was really rude and refused to take us. I ended up leaving. Worst customer service ever.
Ishan Sejwal: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE. Freaking place sucks. They are super picky and don't know what they are doing. I got everything fixed and they failed me again cuz one of the fender clips wasn't attached but the fender was secured properly by my mechanic. Don't even bother with the stuck up rude people in there.

Drarne Pelto: The girl in honey dew needs a raise, I needed a coffee there was none do she made a fresh pot. She has the "it factor" made me feel so good and comfortable. Other places would pay big money for that she is sweet and adorable and nice and professional all at once I just wanted to put her up on the shelf as a new donut the perfect associate if you don't give her a raise someone will grab her pay her what she is worth trust me on this, make her an associate manager at least. The rest of the store is awesome too. But her sparkle made my food taste better.

kerolos gad: very bad manager, I am not from Worcester and i am not familiar with this area so, I asked the mobile manager to park in the gas station for few minutes to do something next door in cricket store and he said that's fine but after i left he called the towing company and they towed my car. and when i asked him for the reason he said you late.he could say no, or tell me that cricket has their own parking but he didn'tmy daughter is one year and she got hungry and crying a lot for food but her formula was in the car.I spent about half hour to call a friend to come to Worcester to give me a ride to bring my car back and paid 145$.thanks

Kay Rosenberg: The new mechanic that told me he took over about 7 months ago was so rude. He told me in order to pass inspection, I would need to pay him 800$ for repairs. When I took it elsewhere, it passed inspection no problem. Everyone else there is really nice. Beware of the new mechanic!!!

Christie Love: Went in for yearly inspection everything was working just fine. My car failed inspection for brake lights which I know was working. I then was offered repairs for the problem which I thought was funny because there wasn’t anything wrong with my brake lights before visiting this facility. I went elsewhere to find out what caused my brakes lights to stop working all of sudden. I was told it was just bulbs and it was suspicious that they all stopped working at once I truly believe the inspector did something to the bulbs so that he can charge me for expensive repairs BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!!
