Henry: Buyer beware!!! Just got a fraud alert from my bank. I bought gas with my debit card and put 13 gallons of gas in amounting to about $37.46. The pump failed to print the receipt and told me to get it inside. It was 27 degrees, so I passed. BIG MISTAKE!!! I get home and get a call from my bank telling me there is a fraud alert. This Shell station charged me $85.00 and 1.00 service fee. No mention of the $37.46 charge. Someone working there is an opportunist for sure.

Shirley Anne: I received a fuel rewards card and it said that I would get 25 cents off per gallon as a special offer. I was like, Awesome. Of course like with everything I would imagine there was a catch to it. I went inside to the cashier and I asked him how I would be able to get the 25 cents off. The gas station has the promotion all around the location. Employee stated that the manager was the one that put those announcements and he only knew how to get the 3 and 5 cents off. How is it possible that an employee doesnt know about something that is being announced? Either the employee is impertinent for not learning new stuff or the impertinent one is the manager that doesnt train his staff.Terrible service. No help at all.

Sarah Deal: They apparently close at midnight and turn the pumps off fifteen minutes before they close. The cops didn't improve the sketchy feel, and this isn't the first time I've seen the employees there not wearing masks and seeming a bit hostile to mask wearing. Your choice if that's a plus or a minus I guess.
Ian MacInerney: Staff were kinda hostile. I came by after they closed, and when I realized my error and started to walk away, they threw a roll of paper towels at me.
Tela Curlan: Mostly enjoy this gas station. They have a good convenience store and gas prices are fair which makes it a good one. Sometime can be slow at mornings, but overall a good one.
Josh Fuller: Great convenance store close to local colleges. They have everything you'd need at 1 am, and their gas prices are usually the best around.
Andrew Brown: The price is alright, but I'm sure you can go elsewhere in Worcester for more affordable rates.

Marilyn Hernandez: Please don’t go here if you’re from outside the country. Very discriminatory environment. My ID was not accepted even though it’s a MASSACHUSETTS government issued ID. They refused to scan it a second time as well. I’ve gone into dispensaries and other places to buy products that require ID and I’ve never gotten denied before. I’m one customer lost and I know it’s not much but I hope people see this review and decide to put money elsewhere.

Sarah Deal: They've jacked up the volume on their ads on the pump so loud I think it's causing hearing damage. It's bad enough that they have video ads at the pump, but it shouldn't be legal to turn the sound up that loud. They're usually the same price as the adjacent gas station, and they don't have video ads so loud you'll want to wear ear plugs, so I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

The employees can also be rude at times but there is no diversity towards it community’s environment. This Shell gas station must be remember that to offer more towards customers, they must improvise so sort of diversity as employees of many cultural satisfaction.

Stopped to use the air machine, popped a dollar in and it did not work. I walked over to the attendant, who could have cared less. Because she paying more attention to her phone I had to ask her twice what she said. Went stated I was unable to hear her because she was look down at her phone, she stated "that's why I don't like to work with them kind". I am a black american. She continue to talk at me but I did not lower myself to engage. The manager was not at the store at the time. I see why America's customer service jobs are declining.
