Elizabeth Prest: I brought my wedding dress here for alterations in 2021. After the first alteration the dress was still so big that I had to hold the dress up to keep it from falling down. When I said more needs to be taken in he said that “No! It’s perfect!” I should have taken my dress to someone else right then. But unfortunately I didn’t. He even went so far to tell me what I did and did not want to look like. I knew exactly what I wanted and he argued with me. When I got the dress back for the final time, I called the dress store and cried saying I’m going to need another dress because mine looked so bad. He closed the plunge so poorly I had a giant thick seam up the middle. The hem of one of the layers was cut with a pair of scissors (edges were not sewn for a clean look) and was so jagged, I needed to pay another seamstress to fix it and properly sew it. The new seamstress was shocked at all of the other poor alterations. Unfortunately my dress was not completely redeemable, and I wasn’t super happy with it by my wedding day, but I didn’t have a choice. I regret my decision to come here every time I look at my dress.Service:Alterations

I wasn’t sure if my dress needed altered and I appreciated his honesty- he didn’t even charge for the consultation, and he gave me tips about what jewelry would look best! I will go back for any alterations I need in the future and I’ll send my fiancé with his suit!

He is efficient with his tailoring and does as great job, delivering it on time. I would recommend him to anyone that needs wedding dress tailoring, suits alerted or pants. I brought different suits in that were old and he very politely told me to get a new suit and that the ones i had would not look current or good for my wedding.. He directed me to a few different stores and I was able to find one for a very economical price and brought it back to him to tailor.. he was right about my suit being out of date and baggy.. the new one was a slimmer fit and looked great in our forever photos!

Jazmin Hampton: Visiting my parents in Worcester and have been so excited to visit the shop. I follow on social media and have been waiting to go and buy. The store is super cute but was very turned off by the customer service. I was barely greeted, wasn’t asked if I needed help or what I was looking for, wasn’t asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program or anything. I still purchased something, but probably would have purchased more if I felt comfortable being in the shop in general.

This is my go-to boutique since I moved here from St. Louis. i can’t say enough good things about this store. Oh! And it’s totally affordable!!
