tyler wills: We went to our Worcester Burlington Coat Factory on March 28th 2023 , this store is extremely well lit . Nice big large store. Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !

Brenda Delossantos: What happened to store, was empty many clothes thrown around and ripped. I used to love this store. Sad part is I still love this place. They have good sales, but some of there clothes are already damaged. Not employees fault they need to get HELP!!

Nick J: Very disrespectful to guests. Didnt let my 1 year old in with a cart ( so I could more her easily since she can't walk yet) I asked to speak to manager and lady said she was the manager. Then proceeded to tell us we had to leave with cart in a disrespectful time. I will not shop here anymore. Corporate office is all automated so no good there. Will be in contact with attorney general real soon if this doesn't get resolved in a quick manner.
