Tyler Sullivan: It would be nice if they sent our entire order with the dasher. When the dasher WENT BACK to confront them about missing half of it they tried to blame him, even tho they slipped up and said they forgot parts but refused to give it to him. You guys are absolutely pathetic. Our dasher went above and beyond, and you guys failed miserably.I will be contacting the BBB and your corporate office. You sent food that was beyond cold and obviously sitting for way too long, and for the food that you didn’t send it’s absolutely pathetic.Not to mention you tried to lie to our dasher in the first place and say you never received our order EVEN THO the receipt shows the time it was received, which was before he reached out to me. In addition to the BBB and corporate I will be reaching out to DoorDash, and won’t be surprised if they pull their contract with you.Do better.

Jessica Cartagena: I bought 4 items that looked as if it came off the dollar menu! They put literally about 1 teaspoon of chicken so I was basically eating tortilla w sauce and food was cold!!!. Cashier was in a rush, and I felt like I was rushed throughout my experience. I will never return to this establishment. L.S R.B: I just got off this location and got raw chicken in my sandwich unfortunately my husband was too upset to take a picture of it and instead let them have the sandwiches back . They gave him a cash refund but is too bad we didn’t get to take the picture because they took it from my Husband and for all I know I can get extremely sick as I am 6 months pregnant and I had a bite same as my husband when we realized both sandwiches were totally raw inside .I Pray Nothing happens to me but I wouldn’t suggest anyone going to this location specially pregnant. Hopefully we get the management in contact soon as I started to feel Ill not long afterwards.

The young lady that took our order was Fauna. While we were eating her and another employee walked out and returned a few minutes later with Texas Roadhouse and my younger brother asked how it was. Fauna then left 5 minutes later in a car before returning again to come back and talk to my brother. She started yelling at him and was in his face claiming that he had said something he never said. Rick Molinia: Drive an extra mile away to the location in shrewsbury. There was two women aggressively arguing with each other while cooking my food and then burnt the burgers beyond recognition. Joe Dec: Update: The day after I wrote this review I found an extra charge for $35 in my bank account. My meal was $13 so they used my card to pay for 2 meals. This place should be bulldozed and replaced with a methadone clinic because the people working there need it.If you go here, good luck! If they ever get around to taking your order at the drive through before you fall asleep waiting then just order anything because they aren't gonna give you what you ordered anyway. I think you actually have a better chance of getting the meal you want if you order a different meal. They barehand all the food so I wouldn't recommend eating it if you actually ever get it which you probably won't

Faith Mascoll: Went here for the first time with my sister and niece. Found out they still had the playplace. I was surprised, and memories of my childhood came flooding in. There were a few people dining and a family enjoying the playplace.When waiting in line to order, the cashier was taking an order from a lady in front of us, then after taking her order, the cashier stepped from behind, got her cups then proceeded to continue to talk to her. I was very confused as there were other people in line waiting to order, and we were up next. I guess they knew each other, but it was very disrespectful for him to act like no one else was waiting in line and for them not to have someone else take his place. We were waiting for about 10 minutes until we just used the self order machine.We should've done that in the beginning instead of having to wait. After placing our order, the machine didn't even give us our receipt, luckily I remembered our order number. A guy finally came up to the cash register and took someone else's order, then asked us if we ordered. We told him we used the self checkout, but it didn't give us our receipt. He was kind to get us our icee, but when our food came they had prepared one for us so he said we could keep both which was nice.All we got was soda, water, icee, and fries. The fries could've used more salt.

In the past 2 weeks I've tried to go for breakfast here at 5:00 in the morning. When they state they open twice I've had to drive out of the drive-thru at 5:05 because nobody has taken my order

Jennifer: This place is a joke, but what McDonald's isn't, I one time waited in line for 20 minutes. No body was working the drive thru I had to drive up to the window to tell them I been waiting for so long nobody took my order they had both lanes full of cars not to mention all the cars that left from waiting and I guess that's when they noticed nobody was doing nothing and they all Started getting drinks ready and started moving, funny,horrible and ridiculous but I still go so what can i say. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

Ethan Bates: Don’t even bother with a drive-up order…despite being open, this Taco Bell has turned me away at the drive-through several times because they are “only serving pick up orders.“ I’ve never had this experience at any other Taco Bell during their open hours. Tonya Cronin: Food is always good at Taco Bell. We went in to eat inside and waited 5 minutes to order and then after we ordered we realized he never asked us to go or eat in. We got our drinks, food was ready and we got all the food in a to go bag so we just sat down and ate over the food wrappers instead of a tray. The place wasn't too busy but super clean so we picked up our mess and threw it away and left.My husband and myself both had the crunch wrap supreme meal.
