Trevor Neff: Horrible. I ordered forty McNuggets and fries with SIX sauces. The app option had SIX sauces. Was I delivered a sauce? NO. This establishment ruined my night and my expectations for a McDonalds. I selected three different sauce options and they must have had at least one of them. This is unacceptable, I am saddened by there lack of care. Not a single sauce, no attempt to moisten my dry nuggets.

Dustin Smith: would only really give it 2.5 stars been a customer to this branch on and off for more than 15 years and over the years its never managed to impress me. except for how bad the service was and how they have continually swapped out managers and staff who dont really enjoy their positions. the food is for the most part over priced and not really the quality youd desire when stopping in. but dont let that detour you the shakes and the mcflurrys when they are working make up for the half and half wishy washy service and standards. and the lines are usually non existent and inside they even have autmoated order machines so you dont have to look into the lifeless eyes of the people whos time they are robbing. anyway honestly if your looking to spend some money to get a happy meal then youll be happy otherwise do yourself a favor and get some better quality food

Faith Mascoll: Went here for the first time with my sister and niece. Found out they still had the playplace. I was surprised, and memories of my childhood came flooding in. There were a few people dining and a family enjoying the playplace.When waiting in line to order, the cashier was taking an order from a lady in front of us, then after taking her order, the cashier stepped from behind, got her cups then proceeded to continue to talk to her. I was very confused as there were other people in line waiting to order, and we were up next. I guess they knew each other, but it was very disrespectful for him to act like no one else was waiting in line and for them not to have someone else take his place. We were waiting for about 10 minutes until we just used the self order machine.We should've done that in the beginning instead of having to wait. After placing our order, the machine didn't even give us our receipt, luckily I remembered our order number. A guy finally came up to the cash register and took someone else's order, then asked us if we ordered. We told him we used the self checkout, but it didn't give us our receipt. He was kind to get us our icee, but when our food came they had prepared one for us so he said we could keep both which was nice.All we got was soda, water, icee, and fries. The fries could've used more salt.

Aaron Shippee: Don't bother ordering from this McDonald's the service is absolute garbage and the managers have no idea what they're doing.Every time I go to this place it's an absolute disaster and if you if you put in a mobile order forget about it you will be completely ignored and marginalized your order will just sit there for long periods of time getting cold before they even realize it existence or yours.Do yourself a massive favor and just order from the Webster McDonald's it's literally no exaggeration 100% better in every conceivable factual possible way.I would be embarrassed if I worked here.

Eric Scholwin: Edit: 2023, I've been to this place a handful of times since my last review and the quality of service is just falling further and further from what it used to be.Almost every time I've gone, something has been missing from my order. I understand it's fast paced work and can be highly stressful, but half the time I go in, everyone is just standing around chit chatting and on their phones.Listen, I like to slack as much as the next person, but get your job done first. Slack on the cleaning or restocking, make sure you get the orders right and out in a reasonable amount of time.I don't expect you to have it out in the unrealistic goal corporate sets for you, but it shouldn't take me 10 to 15 minutes to go through drive-thru from a fast food joint, especially during peak times.It's really not their fault though either, nobody really wants to work these jobs anymore. It was hard enough to keep the place completely staffed before the pandemic, it's even harder now.
