RJ Russo: DO NOT!!. Use this horrible fence company.. they do not hold up to there word and stand by there work and get very defensive when you call them out on it. And when you ask to try and talk with owner they avoid it at all cost. Aaron the manager was very unprofessional and got very angry when wanting to speak with the owner and Rick was also not very professional in doing his job with proper documentation or measurements. FIND ANOTHER FENCE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF..

Dave B t nevermindok: We had 2 wrought iron hand rails placed and secured along the 3 tiered step entrance for our home. When we called Miller Fencing for an estimate to install hand rails for the steps in front of our home, they showed up a couple days later to assess the best option and cost. We were quoted a fair market price to install 2 wrought iron hand rails in front of our home ascending the 3 tiered stairway leading to our front door. On the day of installation (March 1, 2023), 2 gentlemen showed up to install the hand rails (Tom and Ed). Both men were professional, friendly, and efficient. Ed and Tom finished the job efficiently and with precision in very short order. Dale Elliott: Joe and Tom did a great job repairing my fence which was damaged by a fallen tree from a neighbor's yard during a fierce wind storm. The fence is 20 years old (Miller Fence did the original install) but they matched the same white cedar and scalloped the top to match the old and new. Joseph Miller: Miller Fence and thier crew worked hard through the cold weather and snow to take down and remove our old, delapitated wooden deck and replaced it with beautiful composit and aluminum railings with a flat drink rail. They even sured up and replaced a few of the deck's foundational supports. We also now have a gate to keep in the toddlers. Christine Caulfield: When it was time to replace our saggy, rotted and peeling wood fence we collected 3 bids. Carlos was by far the fastest responder, the friendliest and the best priced. When it was time for installation he and his crew took care of the job quickly and cleanly. I was slightly disappointed when I saw the transition piece of fencing (where the fence went from 6' to 4'). I was being picky and I didn't particularly love the angle of the transition. It was more of a curve than a straight transition. I texted Carlos and he literally came back and replaced that section within hours. He loves his job and wants happy customers. Quality Fence showed up Monday to take down the old fence and put in posts, came back Tuesday to finish the job. A week and a half between initial over the phone estimate and completed job. Dana Black: Hired these folks to replace our stockade fence last year, 2019. They were the BEST tradesmen we have hired in a long time. They started when they promised and finished early. Cleaned up after themselves and made the yard look good. The quality of the work was excellent and the fence looks as good this year as when first installed. Price was fair and competitive and their expert knowledge and input caused us to make some material and design changes that gave us a much better finished product. I E: Absolutely negligent and no respect for property rights! The installed a fence for my neighbor and caused a mess on my land: dirt spelling over boundary, wood left on property, and removed ground cover in my garden bed ... all without permission! See photos. They're just a risk and extra liability that no one should take. My neighbor ended up spending his day cleaning up their mess on my property. Save yourself the aggravation and get someone better.
Melanie Daniels: We have a corner lot with a small child and was looking to adopt a dog. We had an old broken down fence. After a checking out several fence companies including home depot, Quality fence had the best price. They met with us with in days of calling them. Consultation was great! We were scheduled out about 6 weeks as it was busy season. However they called us prior to the original install date and asked if we were ok with having it done sooner. We have the privacy and additional safety we need to keep the little and pet safe. We have people all the time saying our fence looks great. As I arrived home today a person in the neighborhood was driving by and said they were bringing their relative to see our privacy fence that transitions into a picket fence. Kristen Hansen: Scheduled them to come out on a Tuesday for a quote to widen our gate, they had to reschedule to later in the week due to illness, not a big deal. They came out and took measurements on a Friday and said they'd have a quote to us Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday I emailed for an update. Never heard anything back. We had let them know it was a priority for us to make this happen quickly and this seems like it was nothing but a waste of time. Disappointing.

The crew arrived on Tuesday morning when they said they would, and the first day he said they should be done by Thursday at the absolute latest. They tore our old fence down in about an hour, and only had to come back Thursday to put the 3 gates together. They always left everything organized when they left for the day, were respectful of our yard, and did a fantastic job. I was hesitant to go vinyl due to the price difference, but I don’t regret it at all now. They took care to establish proper spacing of the posts, straight lines and a level top. Gates close by themselves and the finished product looks great. They are my 'go-to' fence guys. I should have added the following more than a year ago, Paul guarantees his work for two years, after the first install I had him do another about 3 years later, shortly after that I noticed a gate post from the first install sagging, called them up and within a few days they showed up and fixed it at no cost. E T: This review is long overdue. Paul installed a dual tone (tan & white) vinyl fence at my house late summer 2018. Paul was very responsive from the beginning and always showed up to appointments on time. He knew the product he was installing and was able to explain why it was better than competing products and also brought samples and brochures of the product with him (which the other installers I talked to did not). The installation crew led by Paul's son did an awesome job with the install and the end result exceeded my expectations. I recommended Paul to my neighbor to fix his broken fence and would gladly do so to anyone looking to install a fence!
