Dave B t nevermindok: We had 2 wrought iron hand rails placed and secured along the 3 tiered step entrance for our home. When we called Miller Fencing for an estimate to install hand rails for the steps in front of our home, they showed up a couple days later to assess the best option and cost. We were quoted a fair market price to install 2 wrought iron hand rails in front of our home ascending the 3 tiered stairway leading to our front door. On the day of installation (March 1, 2023), 2 gentlemen showed up to install the hand rails (Tom and Ed). Both men were professional, friendly, and efficient. Ed and Tom finished the job efficiently and with precision in very short order. Dana Black: Hired these folks to replace our stockade fence last year, 2019. They were the BEST tradesmen we have hired in a long time. They started when they promised and finished early. Cleaned up after themselves and made the yard look good. The quality of the work was excellent and the fence looks as good this year as when first installed. The installed a fence for my neighbor and caused a mess on my land: dirt spelling over boundary, wood left on property, and removed ground cover in my garden bed ... all without permission! See photos. They're just a risk and extra liability that no one should take. My neighbor ended up spending his day cleaning up their mess on my property. Save yourself the aggravation and get someone better.

After a checking out several fence companies including home depot, Quality fence had the best price. They met with us with in days of calling them. Consultation was great! We were scheduled out about 6 weeks as it was busy season. However they called us prior to the original install date and asked if we were ok with having it done sooner. We have the privacy and additional safety we need to keep the little and pet safe. We have people all the time saying our fence looks great. As I arrived home today a person in the neighborhood was driving by and said they were bringing their relative to see our privacy fence that transitions into a picket fence. The quote given was the price and far more reasonable than any others. They were here when they said they would be. They were finished when they said they would be. It was left clean as if they were never even here! They removed several old 6ft. wooden panels and replaced it with (a much better quality than I expected) a 6ft vinyl. What impressed me the most was accomplishing this in extremely tight quarters! No open fields here! In between mature trees and bushes with about 18 inches of space along the side of a koi pond to work in. Despite how hard they all worked, I never heard one complaint! John Northeastguy: I would avoid these guys at all costs. They blame everybody but their product for the issue. Purchased a fence in May and by early November the gate was sagging by 4 inches. Contacted them in the spring and was told it would be taken care of. I modified the gate slightly so I could continue to use it until it was replaced. Provided them with everything they needed and the backpedaling began. First it was the modification that caused the sagging even though that was done to fix the sagging. They sent out a bracket to correct the problem that included no instructions… The fence company Had no idea how to use it as well. It was also black. I have a white fence. Never responded to emails ignored phone calls. This is not a fencing company I would suggest if you are hoping they back their products. If a product is defective they try to blame the installer.Feel free to email me with as much details as you would like.
