They did not touch my jeep at all. They moved it to the back so that I would think that they were working on it. and they charged me 700 dollars they never gave me an explanation or alternative they only called to charge me 10,000 more dollars for a new engine I do not recommend them at all and I am very serious they do not respect customers I have the names, receipts and recordings of the scam that they committed against me.

Bruce deGraaf: I have taken my 2018 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid to Harr for service ever since I purchased it new from them in 2018 and have always been happy with their service. Just yesterday, I accidentally pulled slightly on my hood release on my Pacifica but the hood didn't pop up so I drove away but after about a half mile it did pop up giving me an immediate warning on the instrument panel illustrating the problem and advising me to stop, which of course I did and then shut the hood. Howver, the check engine light was lit.So I drove home, had lunch and called up their service department and made an appointment for 1pm to determine if there might be another engine problem. I finished lunch and I decided to drive there early. I was greeted by a Service Rep and told him what happened. He immediately said he would do a complimentary scan for the problem code. It turned out the code just indicated what had happened and the engine itself was fine. He said that the check engine indicator would clear within a few days. Total time spend driving to and from the dealership and investigating the problem took 35 minutes including 30 minutes driving to and from Harr.

Brent Parish: I spent the time to be concise and exceptionally clear on our absolute non-negotiable requirements for a new truck.I received an email from them with a truck that was no where near what we needed. If a dealership cannot be more responsible for their recommendations than that, then I have no interest in working with them.This is a harsh review but I believe it to be fair. There are far too many dealerships out there to be bothered with one who flagrantly responds with unsuitable vehicles, who cannot be bothered to take even a few minutes to match inventory against the short list (8 items) that I titled "won't even consider a truck not matching this whole list".If others offer a favorable review for Harr, then I am pleased that they had a better experience than I did! But personally I will never work with someone who cant put minimal effort in, especially for such a huge purchase as this. Even if they had managed to turn the situation around (a manager did try), I am sure that those initial emails from them were a perfect indicator of how they run their business and think of their customers.

Jack Sarnoski: I bought a used 2020 Ram with 37,000 miles in November from Harr. There was a check engine light on the vehicle and while I did not want to take the truck off the lot with it on, the sales reps assured me that the light was due to the batteries recently being replaced and that it would shut off after 100 or so miles. After much back and forth and zero accountability on the dealership’s side, I’m now into my third month with this vehicle and multiple exhaust system- related codes that won’t allow this truck to pass inspection. I’ve been to the dealership multiple times to get any type of explanation but they turn me away or schedule an appointment for 2-4 weeks out. Terrible communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I gave them a call and it was very quick and easy to set up a test drive for the cars I was interested in. The cars were clean and in great working condition and the staff was very professional. It is clear that they care about the quality of their cars and the customer service. It’s been a while since I got a new car and the staff was able to walk me through the whole buying process and even assist me with the registration. I ended up choosing the 2009 Toyota Corolla. I’ve had this car for over two weeks now and I am very happy with my choice and the condition of my car. I would definitely come back here for my next car and I highly recommend this dealership! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.
Peter Gonzalez: Horrible service, prolonged mechanic work for no reason, sold me a car that legally wasn’t going to pass inspection and they knew it, had a bad cat, tire pressure sensors, I brought it to them, took them 5 days to weld a small car when any other welder/mechanic can do it in less than an hour, and they didn’t even fix the issue with the tire pressure sensors, my back tires are still leaking so I’m sure it’s not even the sensors, I just have leaky tires and they didn’t do anything to fix them, so I couldn’t get it inspected initially because the check engine light from the bad cat, then when they fixed the cat, they caused an exhaust leak that wasn’t there originally , so it failed inspection, then I went to inspect it after I myself paid out of pocket to fix the exhaust leak and forgot to mention the headlights I paid $500 for because the ones they sold me the car with were full of condensation, so that’s another reason it failed, another place didn’t even finish the inspection due to safety because of the back doors not having interior door handles because it’s a decommissioned cop car, but they didn’t even take the time to check out ANYTHING that was wrong with the car but were on top of selling it to me. Worst car buying it experience I’ve had to date, would never go back. Also failed to mention that I didn’t bring it back for a second time to fix the leak they caused because they’re 40 minutes away from me and I already had to miss days of work from bringing them the car originally and picking it up because they couldn’t even stick to their word of having it ready by 10am the day I was supposed to get it. I’ve spent a good $700 of my own money on top of all the tolls I had to go through repeatedly to bring the car and pick it up.

Even with a 30-day warranty, you expect to be stuck with whatever problems the car might have, because those warranties never cover the thing that goes wrong. And they're used cars, so of course there will be problems. That's just the way it is, right?Not this time.On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem.But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money.When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car.I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives.The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back.I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

I had been driving around the state visiting dealers etc. I found most cars did not look as good in person as the online photos made them appear. My wife found Ritelane Auto Sales on FB Market Place and the exact mini cooper I wanted. I messaged the owner and the car was available and made arrangements to visit immediately. I live an hour and a half away, ken said the car would be there when I got there. I know minis since I had owned 4 to date. I was pleasantly surprised to find the car was as stated and even looked better in person. Ken was very easy to speak with and gave me the background on the car and pointed out it was dealer maintained and had no issues. After careful inspection I agreed 100% with Ken the owner. I bought the car and when I drove the car for an hour and a half home at highway speed I was even more impressed. I got a great car for a great price. For me this was a win, win. I am older and retired and have purchased a lot of cars, this was the best experience ever. Great job Ken.
