Robert Hardman: Years ago, we bought a used pontoon from a different marina, thinking that they would have gone over it. They also made promises that were not kept. Friends recommended USA Marine and we are glad they did. Our boat has never run better, or looked as good. It is practically new again thanks to Bob and his crew in the storage and maintenance department. We are moving out of state and sold out pontoon . The new owners will also be dealing with USA Marine for all their needs. I cannot say enough good things about how we were treated and the work they performed to make out boat enjoyable and the prices were very reasonable. Garen Sahagian: USA Marine did a fantastic job on my custom-build re-power! Bobby and Jeff worked with me to fully convert my 34-year old OMC power plant to an all Mercury Marine set up. Many detailed issues on this old but still hale boat, including obscure out of production parts that they found one way or another. USA Marine's Service Department is not afraid of working on old boats, and they are really good at it! They worked with me every step of the way to ensure the custom-build got done right. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Then, for bonus points their Detailing Department did a magical job of returning the luster and shine of the hull and in particular the boat's topsides - and I didn't think it could be done! Thank you to the crew at USA Marine, and in particular Bobby and Jeff in Service - you rock!!!
Nick Dill: I have used them 3 times now over the course of 4 years for full motor maintenance installations of various upgrades, and one very involved project after I bent a prop shaft. Nothing but positive; no one else but them is allowed to work on my bass boat. Bobs experience and communication is top notch. No surprises, quick turn over and always call to get my approval for anything more than what the original scope of work is when needed. Technicians have been very skilled and the documentation and quality of the workmanship is highly professional and clean. Highly recommend.

They won't try to over sell you anything, they will try to resolve and talk to you about your boat problem and help you fix it by giving you free suggestions first. Rob Lane: I'm very pleased with the friendly and timely service I've received from USA Marine. This year I've had 2 situations where I've brought my 17' IO boat in for service. Both times the service was timely, and the service team clearly didn't try to over sell the jobs. In one case they could have proceeded with a job costing over $1k, but instead provided guidance and advice that avoided the work. Most notable to me is the timely and friendly communication from Bob Bourget in service. Bob responded to emails from me on my last issue off-hours over the weekend and at night. Communication all along the way was timely and responsive. Great service experience. Thank you!

Terence Hegarty: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!!! Inexcusable behavior! Don't do business with them!Matt sold an outboard motor out from under me, even though we verbally agreed just days before that I would come by today to buy it and have it installed. Initially spoke to Matt last October. He said that he would be getting a motor in trade, but not until March when that customer's new motor was due to arrive. Matt took my name and number, said he would call when it came in.I called Matt in March...not in yet. Called him four days ago, "it just came in," he said. I told him I would be in on Saturday with my boat for the install. Hooked up my boat Saturday morning and called Matt from my driveway to let him know I was coming. "You're looking for what?” he asks. "The 30 hp Mercury that we talked about," I said. Matt says, "Oh, I just sold it 20 minutes ago!" No apology, no recognition of our verbal contract. "Did you make a deposit on it?" he asked. "I would have!" I said.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY, stay FAR away!

After four frustrating months and many unfulfilled promises, it was explained to me that my business was not a priority and my boat would not be scheduled for delivery before any new boat. The new Head honcho (I guess this is Matt) said it would be a couple weeks. I asked if someone could give me a prof opinion if it was safe and he said no. Barely even looked at me. The boat was literally parked 20 ft outside the front door. I left there and will never return again. Looking to buy a pontoon boat now, but never there...

Landon Wall: I would give 6 stars if I could! We unfortunately damaged our RV thousands of miles from home and contacted Junior the day before a holiday. They took our coach the day after the holiday (when they had initially planned to take the day off) and had it ready to go on a very short turn around. It’s probably realistic to expect them to cancel all of their holidays, but they truly went the extra mile when we were in distress (with impending inclement weather). They even drove 2+ hours round-trip to get matching paint. These guys are the best!

I have never had a bad experience. This time was above and beyond expectations! The moon roof would not close so I brought it in for repair. I was originally told that it would need to be replaced. A new one would cost $7,400 or a used one $2,500. I opted for the used. The service staff did not stop there. They continued to search and ask around. Brian Towle: Went here to sell Mom's car. We've bought 3 cars here, so we know how relaxed, low pressure, and easy to deal with these folks are. They scanned the car, put in mileage and extras and had a price in 3 minutes. You may get more if you sell it yourself but this is so much easier, and in our opinion, worth it. Their maintenance department is outstanding. You can see why they have so many "best of" awards.

Vera Klinoff: I typically do not leave reviews, but Linder's really deserves praise. I had dangerous car emergency with my breaks and they were more than accommodating on a last minute's notice. They clearly had a full schedule and reported having some technicians out but worried about my well-being and made sure to fit the car into their schedule. They provided accommodations that made this experience a lot less stressful. I have since moved to Milford but will be driving to Worcester to continue receiving services from them. My husband has some work to do on his car and I'll be calling them for that. Brian and the owner are friendly and knowledgeable - you will likely interact with them if you pay them a visit. max trauschke: In and out very quickly. Great place
Scott João (Dr. OG Farnsworth): I took my truck to this place to have the engine mounts replaced and they somehow messed up the wiring and it got caught in the cooling fan and tripped an alarm in the def filter on my truck so the little problem they fixed caused $5,000 worth of damages. Worst craftsmanship I have ever seen in my life, my truck has been in the shop three times since these people have worked on it for various issues caused by these people that was just one example.
