Chris Bigelow: These guys are the real deal! Ill start off by saying I NEVER write reviews, but the job they did was so good that people must know! I had about an acre of overgrowth that used to be an old field. I wanted to reclaim in, but doing it by hand or tractor would have been too long and there would have been too much material. The material was extremely dense, and ranged from 1" to 4" thick.I found these guys online, and from start to finish it was nothing but a pleasure. I work in commercial construction, but had never heard of forestry mulching. I watched videos, but it seemed too good to be true. Well, it wasn't. The machine came took care of everything in about 6 hours and left it looking incredible. Turned everything into mulch that could just be left there. Machine wasn't invasive, and was able to go right over my grass with no damage. THIS IS THE MOST EFFICICENT WAY TO CLEAR BRUSH that I have ever seen.Bobby was very helpful and responsive from the beginning. He came out to look at the project, provided a quote, and we scheduled the work. The communication was great, and he showed up right on time with no issues.I will be using these guys in the future and recommend them to ANYONE who needs some clearing done that doesn't want to take 3 months doing it.Call now!

Adrian: Actual prison, can’t get up and move for 6 hours unless gotta use the restroom, can’t talk about your problems cause it’s too triggering to talk about anything but sunshine and rainbows, practically no one-on-one time besides them checking in for five minutes every day make sure you aren’t a danger to yourself or someone else. If you need to talk about your problems get real help, this is not the place for you. I got outed as transmasc to my mother the first day I walked in the door, name and everything. They’re here to turn profit, they don’t care about you and won’t try to help.

Bianca Dee: My teenager went to Arbour for two weeks after a suicide attempt. She seemed to do well enough in the beginning although I later found out she wasn't allowed to fully discuss her issues because they can't talk openly about suicide in group and she didn't seem to be terribly engaged with her individual therapist. Towards the end of her two weeks she was really engaging in risky behavior. When I asked if she could continue in the program, I and was told a day before the two weeks would be up that they would look into it for me. The next day, however, I was basically told to go to the emergency room if things got bad, goodbye and good luck. They cheerfully discharged her that afternoon. I was also told Kenna would get me some information on other programs as a next step but I never heard from her again. Frankly, the whole experience was depressing and useless. If you are a parent with an at risk teen, I'd keep looking.

Joseph DiNardo: Those 5 star reviews are fake; no chance someone called and a receptionist answered. The phone system is an automated nightmare, but that's beside the point...My daughter was referred there for the adolescent partial program. Kenna was completely incompetent. My phone number was all over the paperwork, yet she called the wrong number for days after the intake. When they decided to discharge my daughter after day 2, with no discussion with me, she said she called me numerous times and left messages. She called my daughter's cell phone and left a message there with the reasons she would be discharged.People are in one of the hardest points in their lives when they get referred to Arbour, and the staff there exploit the mental vulnerability of children. Arbour is everything that's wrong with the American mental health system rolled into one, incompetent, miserable, self-righteous nightmare.

Ava Nwosu: This place is horrible. I went here for 3 days last year for depression. The staff there don’t care about the kids there. I feel like they are there just for the money, my opinion. When u go there you’re stuck in the same room for 6 hours until your ride comes. The staff don’t give u you’re space. When u arrive all of your belongings are locked in a closet and phones locked in a draw. The tutor is honestly the nicest person there tbh. The food is good but other than those two things I listed it’s bad. I don’t advise anybody going here unless you like all the things I listed from above.

Future Jeeley (Future): My therapist Holly Poirier didn't really listen to me and carried a lot of bias against drugs like benzos, which in my case I really needed for my Social Anxiety. She kept telling me everything I said was my opinion yet would state her own opinion and act like it was fact and always had to be right. She got really defensive when I said she was biased and Said "I'm not biased." She also never believed anything I said. The one thing she was good at was making sure people had PT1 and filling out paperwork, that's about it. She almost always takes you in later than the appointment and then will try to cut it short.My Psychiatrist Natalia Rydel acted like she had no problem refilling my clonazepam prescription, but then come to find out she tells my Doctor because I'm on suboxone that I signed an agreement that I wasn't allowed to be prescribed benzos even though she had told me that she would fill it if it weren't for my treatment plan made by Holly. She never spoke with my Suboxone Clinic because I know for a fact that they allow it. She would lie when confronted with anything that would make her look bad in front of her peers. Furthermore, she didn't believe me when I said clonidine didn't work for me and she kept telling me that it worked.This place is awful and should be avoided at least the therapist and psychiatrist I have should.

Lauren Leclair: I love my therapist. The receptionist are nice as well, but tryin to get a phonecall through is really difficult.The private parking makes me feel safer about parking my car. My only gripe is the parking lot can be dangerous. People, mainly taxies or hired drivers, fly in with no regard to anyone else .

Joel Robbins: So, the payroll gets botched constantly. The couselors are not paid hourly, they are paid per appointment even though it's necessary to do as much if not more hours of reports, audits, etc. This is especially true the more dedicated you are to company- you are given incredibly huge responsibility to coordinate with important funding sources and the paperwork, legwork, and follow through it entails without commensurate compensation. If you are a dedicated couselor who goes the extra mile to help your clients, the gap between work in and paycheck out is especially heartbreaking.

There is no option to reach a human or be put on hold. Messages have not passed on to counselor; Calls requesting information not returned. Today I am trying another phone call to check an appt date. Will they return my call?

Seth Gonyea: Tree fell on my house, I called and left a message at 7:00am. Brian came by around 9:00. Said he would need a crane to pick it off and wasn’t sure about the availability. He said to give him an hour to get back to me. By 10:30 he called and said a crew would be here a little after noon. By 12:30 a crane and crew showed up. Within a couple hours the tree was off the house and removed from the property. Brian was at the door 2 days later and gave us a very detailed and reasonable quote to remove the fallen trees and cut down 6 more trees that were in danger of falling and hitting the house.
