He stayed on-site the entire time. The whole crew was fantastic. The branch they removed was enormous, and they handled it with ease. No mess for me to clean up, no stumps for me to deal with, no craters for me to have to fill. They even trimmed the lower foot or more of my bushes and raked and cleaned underneath so it’s easy for me to keep up with and they practically landscaped my whole yard and hill for me for no extra charge. The team arrived on time, worked diligently until the job was completed. Team work, expert knowledge and experience resulted in a “Top Notch” job: Russell was personable and workers were pleasant. Ark Angel: The owner Russ was prompt and professional when I called about multiple big trees the need to be removed especially after one fell and took out my electric line and cable. Luckily nothing else was damaged. Russ and his crew were originally supposed to come Tuesday the 15th of October but with the bad weather coming he came on the 10th because he didn’t want any of the trees to fall and hit my house. The came early and worked tirelessly until the job was done. The did a good job cleaning up after and damaged nothing. The price for all that work was very reasonable and I’m definitely having Top Notch Tree come back to take more trees down in the spring. So if you’re looking for a great tree removal service and don’t want to be taken advantage of on the price, call Russ and his crew at Top Notch Tree Removal. You won’t be sorry.

Eric Medin: I had four very tall pine trees that needed to come down that eventually would’ve blown onto my house and my neighbors. They were anywheres from 50 to 60 feet tall. So I contracted with Dillon tree service to remove them. They got in touch with me right away , came to my property, surveyed what had to be done and gave me an estimate. They worked with me on the timetable to get it done and it was seamless. It was an amazing process of how they remove those trees. This was a big job. It Involved a big crane, a bucket truck, a grinding truck, and then another one to lift the trees into the grinder. I was amazed and I’ve never seen anything like that before. I’m very impressed with the process and care. When it was done they left and everything was spic and span clean yard street sidewalks etc. I will definitely use them again when I need some more taken down and definitely recommend them.Service:Tree removal

Stephanie Farmer: Did not even take all the trees out of the yard. Branches were left over the entire yard. Missed two of the trees the first time and took 2-3 additional weeks to come back. Back yard was completely ruined (stated some disturbance would happen, didn't inform it would be that much damage or we would have gotten another company with different equipment that wouldn't have made such a mess). Took a big chunk out of our driveway with the machinery. Made zero effort to adjust the invoice when asked-was told that we were "aware"...Would never recommend this company.Service:Tree removal
Wyvern Designs: I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. I've used them a few times in the past and had no problems, but this time was different. I hired them to remove a row of overgrown mulberry bushes and 4 maple trees. I knew that there would be damage to my lawn, but I was not prepared for the extent of the damage. Most of the work was along one side of my house and in the backyard, but one of their workers decided that it would be a good idea to gun the cherry picker truck from the driveway of the house across the street, up my driveway and up the hill into my backyard, tearing up the lawn on that side of the house. Then, he realized that the truck couldn't be stabilized and backed down the hill and driveway and brought the truck up the other side of the house, where all the work was being done. Needless to say, he tore the lawn to shreds and they couldn't even use truck where he had first positioned it and he needlessly destroyed my lawn. I emailed this company twice about this and haven't heard anything from them. And i should say that my son hired Sky Hook to remove 4 large pine trees from his yard and they brought in a big crane and did no damage to his lawn. I should have gone with them.Service:Tree removal

We had a variety of things we needed done around the property, from removing standing dead trees, to pruning large limbs, dealing with heavy vine, as well as delicate pruning around power lines.Estimate was fair and communication was excellent leading up to the project. meryl worcester: Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.

Stopped talking to him on the phone because he wants to challenge you and act like a tough guy and act like he doesnt need to finish the job because his prices are cheap. No communication, completely unprofessional. Honestly hard to believe he is capable of running his own business, I am guessing he has no choice because he has a terrible work ethic and couldnt work for anyone else.I attached a text conversation we had. Absolutely rude. What took two months was the grinding,he cut tree down in march, didnt get the tree out of his grinders way Then we got a foot of snow, and we been playing this song and dance since the snow melted. The only positive review on here is from his family member John Thoren.
