Within minutes of his arrival, the technician diagnosed the problem and promptly went about installing a “new set of eyes” for the door. The door, once again, performed flawlessly. I also found it hard to believe that the door was installed twenty years ago!

Laura DiBenedetto: From what I understand, this business is under new ownership. The new owner's name is Jeff, I believe. Nice fellow.Anyway, I called them to service the garage door opener that was in my house when I bought it. They sent a guy over, who "tried" to fix it, and for whatever reason, did or could not. So then he offered to sell me a "refurbished" unit instead of a new one at a discounted rate, with a one year warranty. I appreciate saving a few bucks, so I went for it.Skip ahead to two months later, and the unit won't work. The door opens but refuses to close. I call the guy that put it in to make good on that one year warranty, and his phone isn't working. I called, texted, and couldn't get in touch with him. Peeved, I called the company back and tried to track down the guy. He had been fired, apparently, and he'd been up to no good with other customers. Yikes.So, now I'm stuck with a machine that I don't know where it actually came from, it's broken, and I've already spent $$ to try and resolve the problem, and not really up for buying another new one. The following is why these folks get a 5 star rating from me.I called, and ended up speaking to someone in the Leominster office, and gave them all the history. I wasn't sure what, if anything, they could or would do, but I didn't know what else to try, so I talked to them and told them what happened.Someone called me later from the Worcester location called me and told me that they were going to take care of me, and send a tech out to my house and to fix the machine (which was probably stolen from them). Honestly - who does that??!?! Like nobody! I really appreciated that they cared THAT much about their relationship with me to go the extra five miles.Skip ahead, skip ahead - the machine is fixed, and a very wrong was turned into a very right.I'll happily refer and do business with them for years to come. This was exemplary treatment, in a situation that wasn't that great for them, and where they didn't HAVE to do anything for me. Thumbs way up.

They were supposed to come out the same day, hence the name "Same Day Garage" but threatening to charge me more for showing up. When you do get ahold of someone they are very rude and short, they will not let you get a word in to tell them what you need. 0/0 recommend. Find someone else

Forrest Young: These clowns came and installed a door opener at my house, but I called them back out because initially it did not work properly. Days later (and after I had already called and told them to forget it - I had found someone else to fix it), a technician arrived at my house. He arrived hours outside our initially agreed upon time frame, and happened to catch my wife arriving home with our two small children. She said he appeared to be intoxicated. So much so, in fact, that he could not even make it into the driveway with his truck - he parked on our grass. He then proceeded into the garage where my wife and two children were standing, remarked that he couldn't remember whether he had been the tech who installed the equipment (only 5 days prior), and then closed the garage door with my wife and small children still inside with him. Let me rephrase all that in one short sentence. A man who appeared to be intoxicated arrived at my home, unannounced and uninvited, and then closed himself into the garage with my wife and our two small children.I cannot help but notice that I am only one in a long trend of 1-star reviews about this company. Learn from our mistakes.

To this day i'm still waiting for them to repair it and it's been over 3 months, my panels are wrinkled and they won't honor the warranty to get them replaced, they told me they had a warranty claim with the factory and after 3 months i checked with the factory and they haven't heard from them in over 6 months. no way to give 0 stars

Eric Hughes: Had a 11-3 window block to come replace a spring on the garage door, closer to 130 a call was made to find out the status. Was told closer to 3. Okay, perfectly fine. 530 comes around, no call, no show. Have the common courtesy to tell your customers that you are not going to show up like you were supposed to. There is a reason why you guys have so many horrible reviews, and now I see why...

Darrell Williams: I never write reviews but this company need to be put out of business. I was sleep and my wife woke me up and told me the guy was cursing at her. I go to talk to him he tells me its to much stuff in the way. I offered to move the stuff he make a smart comment. Then i asked why did he park in my yard the way he park. He parked in an angle hitting the green box in the yard. He responded by saying I'm leaving because i don't like you, so call the office. Then he ride up and down my neighborhood scaring my 6 year old son. Very unprofessional. One star is to much.

Vasudha Mukherjee: Terrible service. They call themselves a 24/7 service company but they hardly pick up the phone, their voicemails are full and they most certainly do not respond to calls or texts. I got new doors installed 3 months ago and they already went bad. Have been waiting for over 2 days to get someone to take a look. If at all anyone picks up the phone they lie about a technician coming, and even mix up addresses! I don’t know what to do regarding my garage door - all I can suggest is do not use this company!
