Julia Cahill: I don't write negative reviews because I know how they can affect a business, but my short experience here was awful. My mom was so excited to come here because she had heard from her friends about their asian pear trees and how well they do. She asked me to drive her first thing in the morning. She was inquiring to the lady at the desk about the discount because it was different than what she was told from a different younger employee. The older lady, I assume owner, YELLED at my mom for asking a few times. I've never seen someone YELL at her for trying to buy something. I don't care that the price was different because we would have paid for it anyways (and we did) but that does NOT give you a right to SCREAM at people. If you have that little patience for a customer, you really should not be running a business, sorry. I'm honestly still a little shaken up from it.

Marybeth Lensel: House Plant Hunters! A hidden gem upstairs! I have been going here for about 6 years and today the upstairs was wall to wall houseplants! An amazing assortment and fair prices! I bought a handful of plants I have not seen around other local stores. Also they do have nice outdoor trees - we bought a dogwood last year and it is beautiful. Every year we buy a hanging, flowering plant for the porch and it lasts at least 3 months. Francine and her husband are very nice and helpful.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

Lenny Beatty: Great loam and great service. They use a 5/8 screen. I couldn't find a stone in the 3yds I received. Just perfect dark brown loam. I would recommend Bells to anyone.

Cristal The Critic: The outside of this nursery is beautiful, however I can't say much for the staff as I went inside and stood in the line of at least four other people and also watched two other customers meander aimlessly around the gift shop waiting for anyone to pay any mind to them or to help them. Finally an employee came in and took care of one of the customers while I made my way from the back of the gift shop towards the register he took off out the front door and I never got a chance to interact with him at all nor did the other customer who was behind me. Both of us left pretty irritated. I got the impression that this is not out of the norm for this particular business as when I left a customer asked me if he was going to just be ignored like we were and he gave us a little chuckle and rolled his eyes.

Erin Slott: A friend and I made the trek out to The Plant Ward and it was more than worth the journey! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They went above & beyond, sending me videos and photos of some available plants prior to my driving there. Upon arrival, I was amazed with the selection of rare plants - and all at decent prices! They have beautiful plants - from the basic pothos to the amazing Thai Constellation, it's a must go for any plant lover, from beginner to more obsessed enthusiast. I can't wait to return!
Rae: I love visiting various small plant businesses. If you're not huge into plants, this will be a fun adventure. If you're more established in collecting, it might be hit or miss unless you're looking to throw down $$ on some rarer, pricier plants like a white princess or Thai constellation. Everything looked great, though- all really healthy and in good condition!

They were so friendly and had so much knowledge, what a great experience. Will definitely be stopping by their store for some “fish shit” soon!
Baker Automotive: This place is a gem! Kaila is so friendly and knowledgeable! As stated in all the other reviews, the store is a really fun place to visit. So many amazing plants--all sizes and TONS of variety! That being said, my most favorite thing about this shop is the services they offer! I dropped off quite a few plants that I wanted repotted and a few of them needed a little extra TLC--well boy did they do a great job! I will be returning soon to have her do a few more. Go check out this shop, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I decided to check it out. I couldn't be happier I did. They had just one of my plant. She willing to sell me a substantial cutting. RACHEL PARKER: We got an 80$ Christmas tree and came home and there was tons of bugs!! We tried calling the place back and we were told the manager was going to contact us! We Never got a call back ….there must have been atleast a 100 bugs we were worried because there was 6 small children coming for Christmas and these bugs looked like TICS! Sadly take the Christmas had to be taken out of the house and we couldn’t enjoy a tree for Christmas😔 we never even got s call back…. Just a little consideration would have been nice to atleast know what kind of bugs were in our house!

You can always find a new plant, old favorite or a garden gift for yourself there. They are no more expensive than other quality nurseries in the area, and the product exceptional in quality.

Ethan Cole: Great family run nursery, healthy plants, good service. Trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, mulch, loam, soils, nutrients, they have it all. They will even carry everything straight to your vehicle for you!
Aaron Little: Beautiful, healthy plants and great, helpful service. I'll be back throughout the season, no doubt. Good selection of organic nutrients and grow medium as well. If you've got a bed to fill, they did offer discounts on bulk purchases. I was impressed with this little place.
