Carlos Antunes: The worst store I have been they take two and the half hours to unload my truck. They're very disorganized they have no clue who is in charge of handling the garden receiving.

Judith Johnson: There are so many BEAUTIFUL plants & flowers there this year. More than I've ever seen at this store.

Mehmet Inci: Everything you need to do maintenance work. Small selection of plants as well.

Ken O'Connell: Sales staff was quite aloof. Pricing was outrageous for a going out of business sale.

John Coons: Fake sales, poor service.Their "liquidation" prices are higher than their normal prices so far. Good riddance.

Evan Brillhart: Tried to buy furniture during their going out of business sale but they never answered my 4 phone calls. Came back and they sold it and wasted my time. They deserve to go out of business. Smelly people and place

Christopher Beland: When we arrived, we just wanted to be left alone to look at everything. A saleswoman interrogated us at the entrance. She said she wasn't going to follow us around, but she did later admit she was watching us on cameras. She probably wasted 15 minutes talking to us about rugs that were way too expensive and not to our taste, and I started to worry she was slowing us down enough we wouldn't be able to see the whole store before it closed. I'm glad we ignored her implied advice to skip the upper floors, as there was stuff there on our list which we hadn't gone over with her. I've never bought furniture online, but I'm going to try that next because this is not the first time I've been unable to fight off furniture salespeople.The actual furniture and rugs were not to my taste - hardly anything with bright colors or modern designs.

tyler wills: What was once a huge piece of History & our Worcester History is now officially no longer in business. 😮😓 Worcester's family run furniture store had permanently closed their doors originally on October 27th,2022. I took those pictures last week before they closed thete doors forever. We will miss Rotman's furniture 😢 it was a huge piece of our city .

Logan Murphy: Selection and overall experience is like no other, it's a great store to find inspiration but often doesn't have a full set that I'm looking for. Also I have found that the overall majority of their stock is priced higher (sometimes significantly higher) than competitors for the same or similar name brand furniture. I would recommend Roman's for their rugs not as much their furniture.

Willaim Letourneau: I was a little skeptical with ordering from here because of all of the reviews. We ordered our kitchen set online, set as pick up. The online process was a little confusing. It does not have you select a store to pick up from and when you call the store they person answering the phone did not know any information. If you do the online chat it seems to go to the same person at their warehouse in RI, who was able to give us accurate information and pick up details. The table set came in 2 days late, they said a truck broke down. Things happen. A women who works at the store was willing to drive to RI to pick up the set for me incase it did not come in that Friday vs the original Wednesday delivery.Overall:The customer service I would give 3 stars. It would be nice if there were more details on the confirmation email. There seems to be some confusion with employees at the store where I would have given it a lesser review if it wasn't for the women I spoke to on the phone from the store who was in fact excellent and probably the only knowledgeable person in the store.The furniture came 2 days late to the store but it was easy to put together and better quality than the last set I received from BOBs furniture a couple of years ago.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He gave me the total amount of my purchase so I could compare what I picked out to Bernie and Phyl’s and Ashley Furniture. Needless to say the sales woman at Bernie and Phyl’s was useless as she just pointed to the back of the store and continued chitchatting with her fellow employees. By the way the store was dead!! Ashley furniture was about the same customer service. So I recommend Bob’s furniture to everyone and anyone who wants awesome customer service and fantastic quality furniture and ask for Ken Reed.
