Robert McKay Jones: The new location is great! I needed a bronze sign for an historical building and they handled everything. They love their work and it shows! I also had an odd request, laser print on a peace of slate that was 125 years old. I sent a sample image and delivered a sample piece of slate and Sid went to work with his laser engraving machine and presto, imprinted image on slate! Outstanding!

Einnejjj A: Excellent. I needed an antique cake knife engraved for an upcoming wedding. I sent an email after hours one evening not expecting it to be answered within an hour. I emailed back and forth with Sid who assured me that the engraving could be done in a day. I met with him although I was in a hurry, he was very patient with me and gave me a font sample to take and when I went back the next day he went through the style and pricing. Great pricing, much cheaper than other places. His staff are also great and one of his assistants even knew how old the antique knife Company was. I can recommend them for any work big or small. Brian Montville: This place was incredible. I had ordered customized Yeti Colsters for my groomsmen from another company online. The order never came in after processing my card, I was notified the day before the wedding that although "guaranteed it would be in by that afternoon" it was not coming in. I doubt they even sent it. I reached out to Olympic Trophy. They were able to fit my order in and complete it within 3 hours. This included a custom design completed by Sid himself. After having ordered a piece of glass, a small piece of glass mind you, 3+ weeks ago, I have not received a call or any update on its status. If they think I was going to stick around and wait then they are mistaken. This could not have been a simpler task and if they cant get this right I would think twice about any large purchases or projects.

Bill Leary: Highly recommended!Recently the crank window in my kitchen broke.I called Worcester Glass the next day and they told me to bring it in to be measured so they could special order the piece. I brought it in and they told me it would probably take 3 weeks for the new glass to arrive. One week later they called me and told me it was ready! I brought it in the next day around 10:15 and by 11:30 they called me to come pick it up. In addition to my window, they also fixed the screen for back storm door. Very affordable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
