Alisa B: I'm a pain in the but in most everything I do, and christmas was no different. I had the idea to personalize some hammers for my kids to give to their amazing grandfathers but waited untill last minute to do so, i found this place online and emailed them, they were super accommodating and friendly, they did all 4 hammers for me for a reasonable price and they came out AMAZING. Would definitely recommend this place 👌

Sid and Michelle are so warm and welcoming and provide professional service. As soon as Sid found out that I was ordering plaques for 2 students receiving scholarships at Andy's Attic at South High Community School he wanted to take care of everything. Robert McKay Jones: The new location is great! I needed a bronze sign for an historical building and they handled everything. They love their work and it shows! I also had an odd request, laser print on a peace of slate that was 125 years old. I sent a sample image and delivered a sample piece of slate and Sid went to work with his laser engraving machine and presto, imprinted image on slate! Outstanding!
Einnejjj A: Excellent. I needed an antique cake knife engraved for an upcoming wedding. I sent an email after hours one evening not expecting it to be answered within an hour. I emailed back and forth with Sid who assured me that the engraving could be done in a day. I met with him although I was in a hurry, he was very patient with me and gave me a font sample to take and when I went back the next day he went through the style and pricing. Great pricing, much cheaper than other places. His staff are also great and one of his assistants even knew how old the antique knife Company was. I can recommend them for any work big or small. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Sid !
Brian Montville: This place was incredible. I had ordered customized Yeti Colsters for my groomsmen from another company online. The order never came in after processing my card, I was notified the day before the wedding that although "guaranteed it would be in by that afternoon" it was not coming in. I doubt they even sent it. I reached out to Olympic Trophy. They were able to fit my order in and complete it within 3 hours. This included a custom design completed by Sid himself. Terrific company run by terrific people

Irene Bonos: I give Guertin’s a one star review reason’s why!! Right from the start there was a 3week delay on receiving the garments also they don’t call you back. Then I had to change the color from burgundy to navy blue and the navy blue sweatshirts I received looks black. The topper was they ordered the wrong size shirts after such a long wait.I spent $700.00 on garment’s and they came in late, I don’t like the color of the Navy/Black sweatshirts and they ordered the wrong size shirts and not once did they offer a discount!!

I own 2 business in Worcester and will be returning for staff, retail and promotional items. Great to have such a reliable business in downtown Worcester.

Liz Murray: Recently parked in guertins lots for Woo Sox game. Was being run by a rude individual whoHas no business dealing with the public. He literally had us park 6 inches from the next car and having someone handicap and kids with me, it would have been more of an issue to relocate as he told me too. When I told him the car next me just hit my car, his response was...who cares, leave. Really. Never again and you shouldn't either.
BRP Corporation: Some miscommunication between order and art design and sending a wrong emails and apologize but final I got my order in fews weeks. I’m happy with my design and art work.

Billy Bob Travis: I must say, this place should be your first and only stop for awards. My boss told me to buy our awards for our corporate outing and suggested I just buy online. I decided to go local. Andy was such a huge help, not only did he suggest better quality awards than what we were thinking of, he saved us plenty of money from hidden fees, like shipping costs. He even offered to ship all our awards to the recipient's homes so I didn't have too. That was over 200 boxes. Crown has my business from now on.
