Jon Zen: This is a good safe place to stay. The only down side is it's right off of south Main st. , but this is Worcester so not a big deal . The staff and people there are nice so all in all no complaints. Got to be thankful and count your blessings right ? 👍😎
Ryan Horner: I have seen numerous pictures of the living conditions of this facility which are in violation of numerous health codes. There is a severe level of neglect and abuse in this facility and I will be filing a report with the DPPC and DMH. This place needs to be shut down if only just for the health code violations. The place is covered in black mold. I have documented photos of walls covered with feces. Itd be a public service for someone to set fire to the building.

Julia Cahill: I don't write negative reviews because I know how they can affect a business, but my short experience here was awful. My mom was so excited to come here because she had heard from her friends about their asian pear trees and how well they do. She asked me to drive her first thing in the morning. She was inquiring to the lady at the desk about the discount because it was different than what she was told from a different younger employee. The older lady, I assume owner, YELLED at my mom for asking a few times. I've never seen someone YELL at her for trying to buy something. I don't care that the price was different because we would have paid for it anyways (and we did) but that does NOT give you a right to SCREAM at people. If you have that little patience for a customer, you really should not be running a business, sorry. I'm honestly still a little shaken up from it.

Aziz Tashpulatov: Both over $1200 worth of trees and bushes Within 2 weeks few of them not survive I brought back for exchange owner said they can’t exchange. They can’t refund the money either. The only can give me a credit what I paid for. I have to with a new price of double. The whant to charge me more than what I paidBad customer service definitely not happy with the service. Definitely I do not recommend This place.

Marybeth Lensel: House Plant Hunters! A hidden gem upstairs! I have been going here for about 6 years and today the upstairs was wall to wall houseplants! An amazing assortment and fair prices! I bought a handful of plants I have not seen around other local stores. Also they do have nice outdoor trees - we bought a dogwood last year and it is beautiful. Every year we buy a hanging, flowering plant for the porch and it lasts at least 3 months. Francine and her husband are very nice and helpful.

C Wood: Always the best place for plants!
Elisabeth Donker: Best place to get annuals. Best ladies to help you find the treasures. Its like a family reunion seeing everybody again.
Gunnar Greene: I’ve been to ALOT of greenhouses, but Robinson’s still takes the cake. I’ve bought several beautiful perennials, including some that are hard to find, and they have been doing phenomenal. Also bought many annuals for the Forestry and Parks Department from this place, and we often got compliments saying how nice they looked. Great place all around.

We were starting from scratch and I was completely at a loss as to what might look nice. She was so helpful! I showed her pictures and she gave me several recommendations and even showed me how she would recommend laying it out. I bought everything she said, planted it all this week, and I LOVE it!! I definitely recommend supporting this great local business with all your gardening needs!

Arteria's Arts, interior decor: Still a bit early so only early perennials are out, plus trees, shrubs. Staff is very helpful in answering questions, and if they don't know, they will find out. I will definitely be going back soon.
RACHEL PARKER: We got an 80$ Christmas tree and came home and there was tons of bugs!! We tried calling the place back and we were told the manager was going to contact us! We Never got a call back ….there must have been atleast a 100 bugs we were worried because there was 6 small children coming for Christmas and these bugs looked like TICS! Sadly take the Christmas had to be taken out of the house and we couldn’t enjoy a tree for Christmas😔 we never even got s call back…. Just a little consideration would have been nice to atleast know what kind of bugs were in our house!

Ethan Cole: Great family run nursery, healthy plants, good service. Trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, mulch, loam, soils, nutrients, they have it all. They will even carry everything straight to your vehicle for you!
