Tim Nikopoulos: We had a great experience at Rocky's today. Everyone from the cashier's to Charlene (I hope I didn't butcher your name) the store manager were extremely helpful. We had an issue with a grill I received for Christmas that didn't work appropriately on its first use this spring. They facilitated an easy exchange for the same grill.10/10 customer service from Charlene and everyone else we interacted with.

The store was very clearly laid out, things were easy to find and associates were ready to assist.

Dianne C: Husband called to buy an assembled grill and have it delivered. We are Ace rewards members. She was going to charge us for assembly and he told her were rewards members and she was still going to charge us. Assembly and delivery is suppose to be free. So then we live 19 miles away so we are out of their "free" delivery area. 19 miles really what are you a pizza delivery place? So because of that they want to charge us $15.00 for every 3 miles they have to travel. SO needless to say Rocky's Ace lost a $2000.00 sale that day. Horrible customer service.

Mike Niejadlik: I visited twice to have window screens fabricated and both times they were done incorrectly. Templates were provided for duplication however the end products on both occasions when laid over the originals did not match. The staff seem inconvenienced to be there and are apathetic at best. Go elsewhere

Michelle: This place is a hole in the wall. There are only about 6 tables. The BBQ is really tasty. Ribs fall off the bone. Prices are $20+ 2 meats and a side. Mac and cheese is very cheesy. My daughter enjoyed it. BYOB there is a liquor store next door. She said you could get something and bring it in. They have sodas in bottles in the fridge.Portion sizes are not as big as other places I have been to but you don't leave hungry.

The brisket was tender and moist, the wings were HUGE (whole wings), and the ribs were St. Louis style and fall off the bone tender. We got the sweet chili flavor for the wings and it wasn't what we expected relative to other restaurants, but it was very tasty.Our server was Ellaine and she was nice and attentive. I had made a comment about the price of the wings to my husband, because they looked expensive, and Ellaine heard me and let us know they were big wings. You get the entire wing, including the tip. Well worth the price. Ellaine also let us know we could bring our own alcohol from the store next door or our house, so we'll be bringing a bottle of wine next time.My only suggestion would be to add a note on what you get with the wings because that almost made me want to leave until I knew they were big wings. Now that I know you get the entire wing, I think it's fair price.We will definitely be going back to help keep this place in business!

Maurice Cooley: Worcester dining is a tricky thing to figure out on a Monday evening. Luckily we found this neighborhood gem which has been around for at least 17 years. Our waiter was a young gentleman who frequented this restaurant as a child and now spends his working days explaining a menu full of tasty BBQ. I opted for the brisket dinner which came with cornbread and two sides, Mac & cheese and baked beans for me please! The meal hit the spot and their BBQ sauce was on point! The waiter and the owner were very nice people; it was apparent that the owner really enjoys what she does. Cheers to the hot sauce collection! We’ll be back!

Karen Donahue: So thankful to have discovered this place. The food is amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, tender, cooked to order and served nice and hot (temperature). We had the wings in most flavors. The sweet chili was our favorite but all were delicious. Ordered the combo plate. Both the brisket and the pulled pork were served on a fresh bun that was perfect. Also, the most tender ribs. our server was so nice and attentive. We will definitely come back. Try this place, you wont go anywhere else for BBQ.

Tyler Jones: This place was PHENOMENAL! We went on a Saturday afternoon around 1-2ish, another table had 2 people so it was a nice comfortable place. The waitress/hostess was the nicest lady imaginable, she was so sweet. We ordered potato skins as an app. and were not at all disappointed, we got the beef and cheese (brisket) and bacon and cheese. The bacon ones were pretty darn good, probably the best Potato Skins ive ever had. They had a little seasoning which I like, adds good flavor. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, my dad ordered the brisket sandwhich. The steak sandwhich was a slab of steak on bread, it was one of the best sandwiches ive ever had, very good flavor and cooked perfectly. The side of fries were also really good. My dad said the brisket was amazing, it was smoked perfectly, tender and juicy, it was pretty good sized portions too. Price was really good too. $50 for the 2 of us for all of that and drinks. Needless to say we plan on going backKid-friendliness: They had a good amount of basic kids stuff from what I saw. Chicken Fingers, Sliders, Tacos maybe? They also had desert I believe but we didnt get any

We had the brisket, omg I've never had a brisket that tender before, my husband had the steak, he said it was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. He also has the chili which blew us both away. Not spicy, extremely flavorful. Our new favorite BBQ stop!

Caitlin: Excellent BBQ and great service! We ordered the 1/2lb pulled pork and 1/2lb brisket, which came with 2 sides and a corn muffin, and an order of 6 wings. All of the meat was tender, flavorful, and freshly cooked. The wings are massive! We ordered them with sweet chili (my favorite) and BBQ sauce. We got onion rings, sweet potato fries, and cole slaw as sides, everything tasted fresh and homemade. Even the corn muffin was fresh out of the oven and still warm when it got to our table. There were no leftovers - the portions are decent, but everything was just so good that our plates were cleared! We ordered a few corn muffins to go, which were great with coffee the next morning.As we ate, our server (possibly the owner?) checked in routinely, and had conversation with us about the restaurant and the area. Although we were the only customers dining in at the time, we overheard a number of call in and take out orders being placed - some for a few pounds of meat, some calling for just sides – goes to show that everything here is good.It seems like this spot is a favorite among locals, and possibly my new go-to BBQ joint in Worcester.
