Kevin Tessier: The staff is friendly. You are greeted when you walk in. A staff member asks you if you need help finding anything. Prices are more than reasonable. They sell their brand of Pittsburgh tools.
Stephanie Thomas: Can find anything you want here and at reasonable prices. Store is clean, staff friendly. 4 stars because of the line to check out, 1 register open despite 4 employees talking in front of the other three registers. There was an issue at the register, and that's when one of the "talkers" realized the line for people to pay. Then they called someone else to come up front to open a register. Protocols and policies are great, but when someone wants to give you money, I believe a greater effort needs to be made to make the process easier.

Bob Walter: A great place to catch deals on used tools. The store is small but stocked with an always changing assortment of used tools. There is something here for everyone from carpenters to mechanics to the handy homeowner. The prices are very fair and the assortment includes anything from Snapon, Mac, SK, Craftsman and Dewalt but also lots of random and generic brand. All items are well marked and there is a large table of random awesomeness in the middle that reduces in price each week until everything left on the table is 25cents or less.They usually do a weekly video on YouTube, so that you can plan ahead.

Tim Nikopoulos: We had a great experience at Rocky's today. Everyone from the cashier's to Charlene (I hope I didn't butcher your name) the store manager were extremely helpful. We had an issue with a grill I received for Christmas that didn't work appropriately on its first use this spring. They facilitated an easy exchange for the same grill.10/10 customer service from Charlene and everyone else we interacted with.

She was going to charge us for assembly and he told her were rewards members and she was still going to charge us. Assembly and delivery is suppose to be free. So then we live 19 miles away so we are out of their "free" delivery area. 19 miles really what are you a pizza delivery place? So because of that they want to charge us $15.00 for every 3 miles they have to travel. SO needless to say Rocky's Ace lost a $2000.00 sale that day. Horrible customer service.
